You drove me and that car to St. Louis Missouri that very morning so I could make it to my big brother's funeral. Christian came to get us, was able to get us safely moved off the highway, then gave our whole family (all 5 of us!) a ride in his extended cab truck to a hotel, lowered the vehicle again for us to get our belongings, and then continued on to take the vehicle to the shop, with a promise to get us picked up in the morning! Breaking down so far from home was trying to say the least, but Christian did everything within his power, going above and beyond to help.

My daughter and I had a tire blowout near Eddyville, Kentucky. A kind man from Paducah saw it…read morehappen, drove past us and then came back and knocked on our car window. He put the spare on, but it was flat so he called his son to bring a compressor, blew up the spare and followed us with his hazard lights on all the way to the last exit to Paducah. Meanwhile we were headed to Metropolis to Harrah's so I called their security and got three names of companies that could help with tire replacement. The first was in Paducah, the second didn't answer as it was about 5:30, but then we were very fortunate to call C & W and although they close at 5 Curtis answered and said he would check to see if he had a used tire that would get us home, and he would order four new tires that we could get one or more of the next morning about noon. The next day he called my daughter at 10 a.m. and said that he had the tires. We went to the shop, had help unloading a very full car, the damage to the tire was shown to us along with the cracks, were told the age of the tires and then asked what we wanted to do. We bought four new tires as ours were six years old. Service was prompt and very friendly as we waited inside with Curtis's wife who works there. When we left Curtis said to be sure to text him when we got home safely. We had another problem later in the day so we were late getting home. As we walked in the door at my condo Curtis was already texting to check on us. We couldn't have asked for better service. We thank God for Curtis and his way of doing business. We called him at 1:00 to see how soon he could help us. He was ready ASP, the next morning he called and found us a new set of tires. He was happy to show up and tow the car from the motel to his shop and had us back on the road in no time. He was very nice and communicated the progress often. I had stopped for gas and then decided to go in the convenience store for a soda. When I came back out, the car wouldn't start as the automatic shift knob was stuck in neutral. Figured out how to remove the boot over the shift knob and push a yellow clip and unfreeze the shift knob into Park. Car still wouldn't start! Travis arrives in the tow truck and finds the issue is the shift cable was missing the bushing that holds it to the transmission. He said he had a mechanic that may be able to fix it if the part could be found. Unfortunately, no part was available and car was towed to VW Dealer in Marion, ill (55 miles). Monday morning, the dealer called saying they could only get the complete cable installation kit and it would cost $1977.00 installed. They also said the Part wouldn't arrive for 3 days. I called Travis and he sent me the number to a local mechanic. The mechanic had me picked up from my motel and we went to the dealer and towed the car to Johnson's Auto and Truck. The part was delivered and I was on the road back to Kansas City. I was saved by Travis with Jason's Collision and by Johnson's Auto and Truck repair. Turned out that I was Lucky, Lucky, Lucky! Thanks Travis and Johnson's Auto and Truck Center! You saved me $1800.00 and a 3 day hotel stay! Thanks just isn't enough! Gerald Moore
