Christian came to get us, was able to get us safely moved off the highway, then gave our whole family (all 5 of us!) a ride in his extended cab truck to a hotel, lowered the vehicle again for us to get our belongings, and then continued on to take the vehicle to the shop, with a promise to get us picked up in the morning! Breaking down so far from home was trying to say the least, but Christian did everything within his power, going above and beyond to help.

He put the spare on, but it was flat so he called his son to bring a compressor, blew up the spare and followed us with his hazard lights on all the way to the last exit to Paducah. Meanwhile we were headed to Metropolis to Harrah's so I called their security and got three names of companies that could help with tire replacement. The first was in Paducah, the second didn't answer as it was about 5:30, but then we were very fortunate to call C & W and although they close at 5 Curtis answered and said he would check to see if he had a used tire that would get us home, and he would order four new tires that we could get one or more of the next morning about noon. The next day he called my daughter at 10 a.m. and said that he had the tires. We went to the shop, had help unloading a very full car, the damage to the tire was shown to us along with the cracks, were told the age of the tires and then asked what we wanted to do. We bought four new tires as ours were six years old. Service was prompt and very friendly as we waited inside with Curtis's wife who works there. When we left Curtis said to be sure to text him when we got home safely. We had another problem later in the day so we were late getting home. As we walked in the door at my condo Curtis was already texting to check on us. We couldn't have asked for better service. We thank God for Curtis and his way of doing business. I've held off on posting this for a long time, but enough is enough. Our experience with this shop…read morehas been one of the worst we've ever had, and the amount of issues we've dealt with after their work is unbelievable. First, they broke our steering knuckle and never took responsibility for it. Then we discovered that the repair we paid for wasn't even done correctly -- they used the wrong bolts (mind you they found a random bolt and cut it off and used it instead), didn't complete the job properly, and said nothing. On top of that, they broke our axle and tried to hide it (picked our truck up pouring differential fluid that had just been changed the month prior) and they damaged our differential sleeve (resulting in us having to buy a new differential) because they kept having to pull the axle out due to mistakes they had already made. We specifically asked if any additional parts needed replacing and were told, "You basically have a new front end." That was simply not true. Critical parts, like sway bar links, should have been replaced during the work they performed. Instead, they left the sway bar links digging into the lower control arms -- the very same control arms they installed. Because they didn't recommend the correct replacement parts for our lift, we're now dealing with another blown axle, plus the already botched bolt work. Every issue we're facing traces back to this shop and no one else. And each time we've expressed concerns, we were met with a nonchalant attitude as if these problems were no big deal. I get it trucks that are older and higher mileage will have issues but you can't point fingers at others when they simply knew what they did was wrong and tried to hide it. If they would have been transparent and honest with me things would be different. I did address them over these issues and they again point fingers and tell us we have a lack of knowledge of mechanics but as we mentioned previously they must be the ones lacking knowledge since they didn't know to replace the sway bar links and left them digging into the lower control arms. We are not wealthy, and we don't have money to keep pouring into repairs caused entirely by negligence and dishonesty. We've spent thousands fixing the mistakes they made, and we have service records and receipts for every issue uncovered after their work. They do not care. They did not offer to help, say sorry, oops, nothing. only played blame game. It says a lot that I wouldn't even trust them to correct their own mistakes -- I'm convinced the truck would come back in worse shape. I've warned others to stay far away from this shop, and unfortunately, we're not the only ones who've had similar experiences. At this point, I don't believe they can make this right, and if necessary, we will be taking further steps. This shop has proven to be completely untrustworthy, and they will never touch our vehicle again. We assure you this review will be met with a defensive blaming response trying to make excuses. We have heard them we don't tolerate excuses you can't blame people for stuff you hid and only you touched. I'm sorry! Just be professional and honest that's all everybody wants.

I…read morewent to originally have a stud put in, but ended up getting 2 tires replaced that I brought myself, to my knowledge the tires were fine and the actual service was fine but I will NEVER go back to that location again. One of the technicians when getting in my car, decided it would be in his best interest for whatever reason to deliberately change the angle of both of my dashcams away from the cabin of the car, so all 3 angles were now facing directly forwards instead of actually inside the vehicle, you know, where most people's valuables are kept and this is not exceptional whatsoever. I have video footage of him doing it with his name tag, and the work attire.

Here's what transpired, I purchased 4 tires, had the "free" alignment inspection done, but they couldn't make adjustments to the steering linkage so I instructed "j" to replace ALL the linkage seeing how it was OEM , and simplify the alignment and give me piece of mind, safety related. "J" quoted me $600 ish for all the parts and labor. I said order the parts!...this is where it got serious, returning 2 days later to have this work completed, " j" finished up the alignment. $660 later i paid the bill and left. Now i got $1700 in tires and alignment. When we got home, we pulled the vehicle in the pole barn and looked under it and noticed that only a few pieces were replaced on the steering linkage, not ALL as quoted and priced. A call to the autoparts store revealed that in total, for every part steering related, over the counter prices were $266..and thats for all 6 components!..i was charged $660...for 3 components....im furious!..this location over charged for HALF the parts yet didnt even install all of the parts either!...a call to the store and thier excuse was, "they misunderstood "....but for $856 more, they will finish the job with new parts.... Oh my god!...watch out for this shop when getting ANY mechanical work done or quoted, the assistant manager will try to take advantage of you.....
