Christian came to get us, was able to get us safely moved off the highway, then gave our whole family (all 5 of us!) a ride in his extended cab truck to a hotel, lowered the vehicle again for us to get our belongings, and then continued on to take the vehicle to the shop, with a promise to get us picked up in the morning! Breaking down so far from home was trying to say the least, but Christian did everything within his power, going above and beyond to help.

He was happy to show up and tow the car from the motel to his shop and had us back on the road in no time. He was very nice and communicated the progress often.
