I HIGHLY recommend Andy at KENTUCKY MOBILE AUTO SERVICE @ (270) 217-6858. He also put air in the spare tire and did an overall check of the car and let me know what we need to address once we get to our destination. He saved us from panic and potential frustration of being stranded mid-travel, and possibly even an accident along the way. Thank you, Andy!!!

I stopped in on a Wednesday and set up an appointment for dropping the car off at 8 am on Friday…read more They gave me a call at noon and said the car was ready! They found a malfunctioning coil and replaced it. It's been a couple of months since the repair and the car works great! Since my auto was working great, I decided to have them look at my pickup. Previously, I had the pickup worked on by a couple different shops and one repaired an electrical problem, later another shop worked on it, yet the truck ran poorly, lacked acceleration. Troy found a leak in a couple vacuum lines and replaced another component in my truck. The pickup now starts right up, no longer lags when it accelerates, runs smoothly, and the gas mileage has improved. I am very satisfied with the work done on both my vehicles at Troy's Auto.

Call around 1:30 and they told me it was on the rack. Walked back up to Troys at 3:15. My car was parked at the same spot I left it. Went in and asked if it was done and they said they never pulled it in, said they thought it was in the shop when I previously talked to them, which I believe was not true. The older vehicle I saw on the way there was in the shop but my car hadn't been touched. They just seemed to act as if they could care less. Piss poor costumer service will not be going there again.
