Thank you! In town for an annual camp, far away from home...not a good time for the car to mess up…read more The owner himself showed up with a co-worker, personally towed my vehicle, and had it fixed by the days end. Super friendly and the car is running great. All for a fair price. That's what I love about small town USA!

Been going to this establishment for over 10 years. Until they got a new receptionist named K**…read more K** and I had a conversation about the mechanic that always works on my vehicle because he is certified and has the qualifications. Upon picking up my vehicle which was after business hours and test driving it immediately started shaking, and check engine light came on. Opened the hood of the vehicle to find remaining tools, sunglasses, the engine cover had been glued in two different areas and uncovered valves covers. Immediately called and text the owner. No respond. The next day took the vehicle back to discuss my findings. To find out K** allowed an uncertified, and no qualifications mechanic to work on my vehicle. And then said, "I thought he was suitable for the job". For the next five months was told had no availability for my vehicle. I was unable to get a hold of the owner, establishment number personal cell phone number and texting and also email no respond. Went to the establishment every morning wanting to talk to the owner until the owners father told me to get a new car and was no longer allowed on the premises that it would be trespassing. Took my vehicle to a new establishment where I was told that the work was not properly done, and cause a domino effect on my vehicle. Including the wrong spark plug size. The new establishment had to fix what was not properly fixed, and what was damaged as well, along with finding objects that did not belong. Having to have a police escort, onto the premises, they were only willing to replace one part to my vehicle.

I was very impressed with this shop. Our car was towed here after breaking down at the previous…read moreexit. Melanie, Joel, and the techs were doing everything they could to get answers and kept us informed with each step. Joel said they could not find anything that stuck out, however he wanted us to stay until the suspension tech was in the next day. Not something we wanted to hear but it turned out to be for the best because we left, stopped to get gas, and things got worse. We checked into the Baymont off Main St. (awesome staff here as well). The next day Melanie had arranged for John and Stan to come and pick up the car to drive it back. Stan pulled into their parking lot, stopped, something fell to the ground, and that's when they discovered the transfer box for the front to back differential broke completely apart. They were able to drag the car in, lift it, and determine the extent of the damage. They found the part in Memphis so we would need to wait another day until it arrived. We were very happy to have an answer and we were very grateful that everyone at the shop was so helpful. Will helped us empty the car when our other ride came to pick us up as well as hook up our small trailer. This shop was SO busy and the entire staff remained professional, courtesy and didn't let the pressure get to them. A very big thank you to Melanie, Joel, Stan, John, Will, and the techs that worked on the car.
