When he delivered the van to my home he charged me another $25 dollars and had me sing a statement saying the van is unsafe to drive. I called an in town locksmith & after hours of him not being able to unlock my car & tearing up both of my outside passenger window panels which he claimed were already there & to use a black marker, I called AAA and explained my situation.They then dispatched Emling Towing. He was at my house within 20 minutes & had my driver side car door unlocked in just a couple minutes with no damage to my car.
