I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Seriously, the gap between Evansville and Mt Vernon is desolate. I kept driving until I made it to Mt Vernon, and called AAA who recommended these guys. I assumed it was my alternator, and after they checked the alternator was in fact the issue. I was worried that this temporary hang up was going to mess up my vacation plans, but they made sure it did not. Got the new alternator and replaced it all on a late Friday afternoon and I was back on the road. Was it cheap? I don't know. I hadn't had an alternator put in a vehicle in a long time. I mean, everything seems high to me. But it was exactly what I needed when I needed it, and I'd have paid up for that anyway. So, for the speed and timeliness of the job, it was worth it to me. I was greeted very nicely on the phone, I explained my situation and was then place on a 3 way call with a road tech. We had a few laughs while we exchanged information. They reached out to my driver and let him know they were coming and they arrived in about a half an hour. Their tech TJ, Called me and gave me his diagnosis and then repaired our truck very quickly. The billing was done through Roadsync. I was able to pay the bill right from my cell phone. That was cool. Their call out is a two hour minimum. Their afterhour labor rate was very reasonable.
