I have been a customer of Dri-Port Marine for over 16 years. I have always had excellent service from them. I have my boats winterized and fluids changed annually. My pontoon is stored indoors during the winter months. Within those 16 years I have purchased 4 boats from them, the last two being new Premier Pontoon boats. They have been excellent pricing and trade in values. I also buy boating supplies and towable tube. They have a good supply and often sale pricing. They delivered my new boat to my dock and gave an on water instruction on the boat's features and break in instructions. They are always available to answer further questions by phone. Have called multiple times for questions on boat and boat repairs. Got my boat repaired once and ended up getting the same repair fixed by another boat dealer. They treat you like your so beneath them and they are royalty. Bought some wakeboards and life vests from them and they never acknowledged us or helped us. Customer Service is a joke. Took my 1989 Classic Supra 3 event ski boat in for a new transmission. Dri-port replaced it at a cost of $3800... The day after I picked it up, I took it to a local lake for a tryout... Transmission worked great for about an hour... the wind picked up - so I headed to the dock (Supra is a very, very low profile boat and doesn't handle waves well). Transmission locked up - boat lost power - and swamped in the waves. The boat ended up getting beat up on the large rocks on the dam - then sinking. Turned out - Dri-port routed a rubber transmission hose right next to the prop shaft coupling - and it wore through in the first hour - draining the transmission of fluid - and causing the lock up. Boat sank - and was retrieved later that day by a professional salvage company. I was able to dry her out - flush the engine properly, and get it running again - but serious fiberglass work is now required, upholstery, electronics, flooring, etc.... (she was just rebuild a couple of years ago)... Dri port acknowledged the poorly routed hose - and replaced it (took 4 weeks) at no charge - but refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the sinking (and associated damages). When I picked up the re-repaired boat - they refused to offer a written warranty for the work - did not hook the transmission back up to the prop shaft - nor fasten the transmission cooler system. I was told - if you have a problem in the future, bring it back..... MAYBE we can help you out. I did not ask for a new boat - just some help in bringing her back to where she was prior to the sinking..... Dri-Port would not even provide an estimate on hull repairs.... I expected more from what appeared to be a high class dealership......I'm sure my new attorney will expect more also.... read more

READ BEFORE TAKING BOAT TO THEM OR BUYING ONE. BEWARE!!!!!!Moved to O'Fallon MO in 2015. I ran my boat around the lake in GA just before coming here. I have always maintained my boat with professionals before I took my boat to Dri-Port Marine. I took my boat in to have it winterized I November of 2015 to Dri-Port and they took my boat in they winterized my boat. No problems I was really pleased with how thing went except when I picked up my boat and I had to go get it and hook it up by myself. I didn't think much of that at the time but it plays into what I will share next. So in when I brought it back in the spring to dewinterize they changed my oil which I did not do in the fall and that raises the cost of the process by at least $100. Then they talked me into replacing impeller which cost me another $109 total bill $358.01. Unfortunately I did not run my boat at all this year so when it came time to winterize I took it to Dri-Port to winterize again. I specifically told the guy at the counter I did not need an oil change and just to winterize because I had not run the boat all season. It stayed in my garage for 6 months. They said it was a first come first serve basis and they would call me when finished. Well a week late I received a call to say my boat was overheating and spitting out rubber pieces from the exhaust. I explained to Greg that Dri-Port was the last to work on my boat and I had not run it. He said he would look into it. 10 days later I receive a call my boat was ready and they didn't tell me how much it would cost. No estimate ? WOW when I arrived I had a $547 bill waiting and of course I was upset because of they cost. I told them I didn't want to pay the bill because they worked on it and I felt they were responsible for the problem. Three people stood there told me I don't know what I'm talking about including Greg who had called me. They had to go get him out of his office. This lazy old man who was sitting down got up to tell that if you don't pay we will take the parts out of your boat. Really? I told them I would be back next week to pick up the boat and left. They did not want to really take care of me at all. In addition they changed the oil again as put in a new filter after I specifically told them not to I'm sure they saw that and saved a little money at my expense and didn't change it. Generally a reputable company would have reviewed records and said this guy doesn't need an oil change but they didn't. Shady business practice! So I came back about a half hour later and picked up my boat because now I don't know if that lazy old man who was sitting behind the counter doing nothing would damage my boat or take parts out. When I got there I paid and they asked me if I knew where to pick my boat up I did and went again and hooked up my own boat. This is important because great service like I always got from Tracker Marine dealers they walked you out hooked up your boat and thanked you for your business. I went to Dri-Port marine and while three people were there not one of them thanked me or cared about my business and they lazy old man just sat there but that was ok I paid for him to do that. Well I just thought I would share this with everyone take it or leave it the little things make a difference and I'm not sure if any thing was really fixed on my boat or they oil was changed I will have someone look over it in spring but it won't be Dri-Port!!!! Maybe if I bought my boat from them they would have been better. So they took my money so they could rest comfortably behind the counter.
