It is also a retail store. I admit I did some research on-line prior to coming in and I also phoned to speak with a salesman. When I arrived after work I perused the parking lot and then the showroom. They have a good number of UTVs, ATVs and motorcycles, Can-Ams. I was here to look at a Kawasaki and they had exactly one in stock. Armed with a salesman's name I wandered to the back counter and dropped the name. Within minutes I was introduced and being fed stats. The purchase was overall easy. There was some negotiating room despite the fact that the vehicle was the only one I could find in St. Louis that week. They also helped with some accessories at a discounted price. I was also offered to have the vehicle brought to my house within a certain mile radius. I deferred. My one complaint was that on the day I came to pick up my vehicle it was a little busy and I felt the pick up process was a little rushed. Overall a satisfying experience. I'll update this if I need to use their service department.

I brought my…read morenewly purchased zx6r in for a state inspection, new tires, oil change, brake bleed, lube chain and to get looked over and see if there's anything else they suggest since it had been sitting for 2 years when they called me back the following day with my tire quote they wanted $1100!! for two tires and install I told them to go ahead and do the other things I wanted since I would have to trailer it somewhere else and I started calling around for tire quotes donelson cycles quote was 620$ for two tires and install much more realistic. As for the rest of the service I had them do they charged me 140$ for a general check over during which they couldn't even figure out that my battery was low or dead because as soon as I get home it won't start because the battery was dead but starts right up after sitting on the charger for a night on top of that they charge 190$ for a basic oil change, my car which takes twice as much oil costs about half that. I ended up paying about 700$ for a brake bleed, oil change, coolant flush, chain lube and a state inspection and the cherry on top I payed premium price and got mediocre service I dropped my bike of clean and got my bike back covered in grease and oil normally wouldn't care if I hadn't paid so much for the service. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends or enemies don't be like me call around first and save your pockets.

We previously owned a 2009, 19' pontoon boat that required service. I contacted the service desk to…read moresee what the repairs would cost approximately and was treated extremely well...even though the repairs would be around $500 and it was an old 'beater' that I was bringing them. One of the owners was the person I was speaking with. We were very impressed at how pleasant everyone there was throughout the repair process that we thought we would give them a quick look for a new tritoon we were considering. There was a boat show in the area the day we scheduled our appointment with Todd (we had to do our due diligence, as this was new territory to us). Todd was very personable and professional, making us feel at home. They had a nice selection of new pontoons inside their facility, which was nice since it was raining that day. We were able to strike a deal with Todd and decided to keep the business local. We were told the boat would take 8-10 weeks to come in, since it was a new build with the options we wanted. I got a call from Todd about 5 weeks later saying it was in! The problem was that our boat lift wasn't ready for the new configuration, and the lift company couldn't get out for another 1-2 weeks. Todd and the good folks over at Lewis agreed to keep the boat on their lot until it was ready, which helped us out considerably with coordination efforts (at no charge, by the way). In short, I would highly recommend this company. They won us over with the service department initially, but ended up impressing us even more with their sales staff and process. We will definitely look to these guys if/when my wife gives me the green light for that bass boat ; )
