on September 15, I was traveling to Truman lake to do some much-needed fishing out of St. Louis. My…read moretires were registering differently in that though amounts in my tires indicated that they were to full or too low. I pulled into the best one and the gentleman indicated it would be a several hours before he could attend to my car. I sat comfortably in their lobby with water. however, within 20 minutes same gentleman came back out and said sir pull your car around let's take a look now. As it turned out recently, my tires have been rotated. He said I had no tire problems only that the synchronization hubs were on the wrong tire giving me readings of the wrong location. He deflated and inflated tires as needed. Sent me on my way. Said have a good fishing trip and charge me to zero dollars!!!! I offered monies he would not take it I want to think that organization and thank that gentleman for being fair!!!! And no, we didn't catch a dog gone thing. Tracy at the desk inside wrote up my work order, helped me decide what would be a great chioce on dinner, then chatted a bit before I went off to the Country Pride Restaurant to wait for my turn in the bays. I usually dont venture near a salad bar in a truck stop. I've found they are tended to as well as they should be. THIS ONE!!!! A+++ for its location!!! Super impressed!!! Tracy called as promised when a bay opened and the tech was ready for my truck. Jake was the tech/mechanic that worked on my truck. What a character this man is! He was a very nice person. I sat in my truck, went in and out of the shop and store. He didn't seem to mind me moving about. I was impressed with his demeanor mostly. He took the time to answer any questions I had, show me what he was doing on the truck..... how much torque needed to be applied, how many quarts went in...tested the oil pressure, cycled this and that. It was another way to get to know more about this new truck. I'll definately drop back over there on my way through again for my next PM. This one was some much less painless than the last!!! We have a motorhome RV, and while parked at an RV park near Moscow MIlls , MO, we developed a flat…read moretire. We called our regular roadside service company through our insurance and the company they called said they could only install a spare tire, or tow us to a tire shop, and when they found it was a motorhome they were not interested in the business. We called another shop that specialized in truck tires and they said they would be there in an hour, but four hours later they had never showed up. I called several other facilities who either told us that our vehicle was too big to service (they worked on cars and pickups) or it was too small to service (when I called a semi truck tire shop). Our RV is a Ford F53 truck chassis on which many smaller commercial trucks are built. After several other calls, with the day slipping away, I called Warrenton Tire and Muffler on the advice of a local Missouri RV dealer. Even though we were 40+ miles from them, they said they'd be there in 45 minutes--I was skeptical after my earlier experience, but they were there in 43 minutes (I kept track). The service person they sent--I wish I'd gotten his name--was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. While he was there he checked the other five tires on our RV which was a good thing because he found another tire dangerously low on pressure. The price they charged me for all that was MUCH LESS than I expected for them having come so far to provide service. Having problems on the road is stressful enough, not knowing who to call, and having several other businesses say they were not interested in my patronage. Warrenton Tire and Muffler relieved all that stress, with friendly, extremely professional service. I will recommend them to anyone in the area!

My daughter had her car in for tires and the young man working on it let her know the back brakes were paper thin which he thought unusual due to the low mileage on a 2 year old car. She made the appointment and come to find out on a VW you need a special scanner to do the back brakes. They tried for over an hour to remedy this but when they couldn't they didn't even charge for the labor. These are honest and trustworthy folks! Don't let the old school building fool you. Top notch!!
