Marks put in aftermarket parts into my car and then also broke things and released it back to me without saying anything. I brought my car BACK into them because it was in worse condition than i brought it to them in as well as seeing clearly broken parts. They said my problems were existing and they don't break it. Okay then why didn't you TELL ME the issue was there when you released the car to me. hmmmm. Also they wouldn't take me seriously until i told them I had a diagnostic from a different shop, from days prior showing the issue they said was existing wasn't there before they touched my car. Never apologized or took accountability. Never fixed the issue fully or gave me a clear diagnostic showing the issue they caused was gone. I am now paying more to fix what THEY BROKE with a REPUTABLE automotive shop. On top of that, the lack of communication is horrible. They don't call you when your car is done. AND the wife was visibly DRUNK on the clock. Ggrrreaaaaaatttt shop if you're a young woman and vulnerable to scummy shops because they assume you don't know anything. on September 15, I was traveling to Truman lake to do some much-needed fishing out of St. Louis. My…read moretires were registering differently in that though amounts in my tires indicated that they were to full or too low. I pulled into the best one and the gentleman indicated it would be a several hours before he could attend to my car. I sat comfortably in their lobby with water. however, within 20 minutes same gentleman came back out and said sir pull your car around let's take a look now. As it turned out recently, my tires have been rotated. He said I had no tire problems only that the synchronization hubs were on the wrong tire giving me readings of the wrong location. He deflated and inflated tires as needed. Sent me on my way. Said have a good fishing trip and charge me to zero dollars!!!! I offered monies he would not take it I want to think that organization and thank that gentleman for being fair!!!! And no, we didn't catch a dog gone thing. Best regards, this is an organization you can trust "Coope" in St Louis
