My uncle's car got rear ended and we dropped off his car at Crash Champions Collision Repair Arcadia nearby. This is a small location, I didn't even see the sign Enterprise at first. Although it is a small location, they are busy. They only had one guy working when I walked in. Joey is so efficient! Promote this man immediately! Unfortunately Joey explained the us he didn't receive car shipments overnight so there was no car rental for us at 9am in the morning. He said around noon and he gave me a call once a car was ready for us. Overall, great communication and so efficient. read more

Renting a car through them feels very limited, and the process isn't clearly explained. I understand policies can't change, but communication was frustrating. I explained multiple times that the accident happened today, yet I was repeatedly asked the same question. When I expressed confusion about next steps, the representative seemed annoyed. I'm a very step-by-step person, so understanding the process matters to me. Being told "we just handle the rental, the collisions department will handle it" without further explanation felt dismissive. Clear guidance would have been helpful. If you're not a people person, perhaps not work at a customer facing job? And the fact that she said mam to me was so rude. Mam you're older than me!! read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Service rep who helped me 0/5 stars if I could provide that - Car Rental Near Me - Arcadia, California

I live in North Arcadia so have used Pasadena Enterprise multiple times instead of this place. But I now prefer Arcadia location, mainly because of their service. The staffs are way more friendly and efficient than the Pasadena location. Spent the least amount of time renting/returning at this location, not even 1/3 of Pasadena location. I rented/returned before my work hours so their efficiency was super satisfying. read more

This is the worst Enterprise branch I have ever rented from. We rented a vehicle from 10/02/2025 to 11/05/2025. When we returned the car on 11/05, the employee assisting us, Pebble, had a terrible attitude toward my son while he was simply trying to clarify the final charges, especially since we also needed documentation for the body shop. Because Enterprise requires a credit card to remain on file, they proceeded to charge our card three separate times--on 11/05, 11/19, and 12/24--without any clear explanation. The final invoice had already been settled and the vehicle was returned on 11/05, so there should have been no additional charges. When I called again on 12/24 to ask what the latest charge was for, the same employee, Pebble, answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking and, when I explained that the charges had already been paid, she abruptly transferred me to Enterprise customer service instead of addressing the issue. She also stated that the EV recharge fee had nothing to do with her branch--if that is the case, it should have been clearly disclosed either at the time of rental or when the vehicle was returned. This location has serious issues with customer service, communication, and billing transparency. If you choose to rent from this branch, be prepared to closely monitor your credit card statements. read more

Amazing quick service from pebbles! She was really knowledgeable and quick to get me in and out of there. She gave me options to see what I was comfortable with as I was nervous driving a car that wasn't mine. She made me feel comfortable and gave me all the information I needed and I appreciate her professionalism and attitude, she definitely made my day especially after getting my car hit. read more

I got a rental here after an accident and Pebbles took care of me. She's very informative and professional. It's a small enterprise shop and at the time I needed the rental, there wasn't a huge selection. Pebbles takes the time to explain everything to you and when I left my charger in the rental after I dropped it off, the staff was very accommodating and helped me save it for pick up at a convenient time. read more

Clean car - fast check out - the young lady at the counter was friendly with a smile at 8am! Explained everything clearly no nonsense no pushy insurance add-on sales. Return was also smooth and professional will definitely rent here again ! read more

Thank you Joey for having the rental vehicle ready for pickup. The check in process was very smooth and easy, definitely coming back to this Enterprise for all of our future rentals. read more

Was assigned here to get a rental and Ernie made the transaction smooth. Renting was very easy and he was very helpful with what type of car I wanted to borrow. Would recommend coming to this location to rent your vehicles! read more

Recently rented a car from Enterprise! Shout out to Bubbles! When I dropped my car off at the auto-body shop, she was the person who came to pick me up and drive me to the Enterprise location. She was very friendly and informative, I also had the chance to learn a little about her during the car ride! When we arrived to the shop (it was quite busy), she was able to assist her team and clients very efficiently! She was very professional and apologetic for the wait in order to get everyone checked in and squared away! I would definitely rent from Enterprise Temple City again! read more

I had such a great experience at this location!! Kevin, Tammy, Ernie and Ismael were all amazing. Very considerate, went above and beyond and I would highly recommend! read more

I was helped by Pebbles! She was amazing! She was truly helpful and very welcoming! I barely made it on time towards closing time and she didn't miss a beat and made sure I was taken care of! The process was rather swift and efficient! What else can a customer ask for! Top it off she has the coolest name ever! With a very down to earth personality so you would feel comfortable. Thank you enterprise and thank you for your help Pebbles! I will definitely recommend this enterprise! read more

I rented a pretty unfortunate car from LAX and returned it to this Arcadia location, so my interaction with the staff was limited. The associate who was working, however, was very apologetic about the issue with the car and said that it shouldn't have been rented out and would be sent straight to the shop. He invited me, my husband, and my mom inside to sit and wait away from the cold outside, as we planned to call a rideshare home. He immediately picked up on the fact that we were quite stressed from our other ride falling through, and that we didn't realize that Enterprise offered rides locally. He hailed another staff member named Lupe who promptly drove us home. I didn't catch the associate's name, but he was a fairly young, tall and slim Caucasian man. I want to say thank you for making our return easy and taking care of us in a high stress situation. read more

Ernie had my coworker in and out in less than 20 min with no reservation!!! He made the process so easy and fast, it was unbelievable!! Great job Ernie! Thank you for being so efficient. read more

Ernie is so nice and helpful , he explains better about car rental categories , we met him twice he is always smile

Kevin is amazing!!! After renting a RAV4 for two weeks while my car was in the shop (which was a smooth experience), my husband forgot his bag under the seat when we returned the vehicle. Realizing it the following day, we returned but the car had already been rented to someone else. However, Kevin had cleaned the car and stored the bag aside. We picked it up and everything (including cash) was inside - thank you KEVIN!!! We'd return to this location for the integrity alone. read more

Mr Jim Yen helped me getting a car and is so patient with me even though I raised my voice he was so kind He made my day Better Thanks again read more

Very limited selection of cars. Could not get additional or different cars. Cars are not new and no luxury models.

Fast and easy service. No hidden fees. Straight forward. Check out and return process was efficient. Thank you!

This location is awesome.(wish they were open on sundays), but Sharlene and Ernie were awesome and very nice. We called the night before on got to choose our car. The checkout process was super easy and dropping the car off was even easier. Frindley staff and super nice van we rented to drive to San Fransisco. read more

I had a very nice experience at this Enterprise location. Tammy the store manager made the process very fast and easy to rent a mid-size vehicle. I was on the road in no time. Then I had to extend my car rental by 2 days and used the text link that I was sent and it took just seconds to do. I was stuck in an emergency situation in the hospital and required the extra time. When I returned the car it was past an allocated time and counted as an extra day. Making it 7 days from the 14th to the 20th. I questioned this and Jim the Asst. manager ooverrode this as it was not communicated that I would be charged another day. Jim's professionalism to help me with this is above and beyond. They have a future customer with me. Thank you. read more

When my sister and I arrived at LAX for a few days tying up family business in the San Gabriel Valley, we figured we'd just pick up our rental car at the airport and go. Nope: the line was hundreds of people long and the wait was about 90 minutes. So we pivoted. Our Lyft dropped us off here, not too far from our hotel. This was the first really good choice we made on our trip. Steven Yip manages this branch as if renting cars to people who need them is all he has ever wanted to do in his life. He's so happy and helpful, and he helped us immediately. We were on the road in no time. Mary and I thank you for everything, Steven. We'll definitely rent from you again when we're back in town! read more

Rented a car from here, the process was super easy and straightforward. I asked to do a pick up at 8:00am and they were able to take me in a little earlier. The car was super clean and well maintained. Everyone was super friendly and very accommodating. They have a shuttle service that they offer if you are within the Arcadia and Temple City to go back where you need to be lol. Thank you to Jimmy, Jesse, and the Arcadia Enterprise team for all your hard work! read more

There's a reason why this location has the 3 stars. Customer service from the front desk definitely needs a revamp. Rude and unhelpful; someone definitely doesn't need a job for doing such a shitty job. read more

This is the worst Enterprise location. They have very few cars in inventory, try to upsell you on luxury cars never answer their phones and then overbilled me! Even corporate has a tough time controlling them. Even though I live one block away from them I would never rent from them again. Customer care just asked me to email customer service but I have placed over a dozen calls to customer service with all of the details and they, and the local manager all agree that the local manager is to refund the amount they charged me and instead bill my Tesla insurance agent who has already approved the bill and has been waiting for it but they never submitted it to them. The branch manager was supposed to call me back. No call back. Now this has escalated to the district manager. Hopefully I will get a call back. If you really want the details you can look up the record for rental agreement 2R93LK and see the 15 month fiasco this has been. read more

No parking allowed, rude, Asian employees are racist，I feel bad, so I have not chosen this one, but if you want to go to a car rental store with such employees, it must not be a very affordable one. read more

I had a great experience with this Enterprise. They are very friendly and helpful. Jesse picked me up from the body shop after I dropped off my car early in the morning. It saved me time and money for a ride. After my car was repaired, I could not drive the rental car back to them on the same day due to busy schedules. They allowed me to park the car at the body shop. And they picked up the car next day without charging me extra. Tammy was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks! Highly recommend!!! read more

Alonzo made my experience super pleasant. Prices were great given the shortage of rentals / pandemic. Alonzo got me in and out lighting fast. Very professional, very attentive, and great service. Will definitely come back for my car rental needs. Alonzo is that guy! A++++. read more

This is a shady business，Malicious employees, terrible people. they do strange things, complicate simple matters, deliberately don't provide the appropriate vehicle, and come up with various baseless excuses, worst experience ever. read more

Everything can improve starting with customer service. You can't even speak to a representative. You're stuck in an endless cycle of pressing numbers to speak to someone, and at the end of all this no one answers and it tells you goodbye. No one answers and helps with your reservations. Wanted to use them due to my insurance recommending them but I'd rather use a different company to get some type of service, even if it's bad because bad service is better than NO service. read more

Horrible Experience, Automatically flipped the script when i entered , after saying I was okay with my debit card & license!! 1 star

These guys were efficient and organized. Their car lot was not a mess like a lot of local competitors (looking at you, N. Lake Ave Avis). They have an onsite car wash and seemed equipped to clean and turn cars around quickly. read more

If I can rate them 0 stars I definitely would the employees here are rude the customer service is very shitty the lady manager who I spoke with is super unprofessional and she needs to lose her job as soon as possible they take out your account without your permission and overcharge you and don't know where the charges go the lady manager hung up in my face today and when I called back to ask her for her name her supervisor and corporates number she hung up on me again and didn't answer my call after that I will be calling corporate and I hope corporate takes action and somebody loses their job because the way I was treated today was very rude and unprofessional I've been coming to enterprise for years ! read more

Perhaps the nicest Enterprise staff I've ever encountered. I was involved in a car collision and the other party's insurance set me up with Enterprise while my car was at the repair shop. The Enterprise is about a 4-minute walk from the repair shop so I just strolled over. When I got there, they said I could have called them for a pickup, which I thought was funny. The moment my reservation was placed, I received a call from Enterprise to check when I was coming in. They wanted to make sure they had the right car lined up for me. I made sure to inform them that I definitely need a car similar in size to my Honda Civic. Last time I was in a car accident, the other Enterprise location set me up with a large pickup truck and insisted that it was "similar" to my car and wouldn't give me another car, so now I'm a bit paranoid. These folks at the Arcadia location were much more accommodating. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was very friendly as was the gentleman who set me up with a car. There were two models of the Nissan Altima available and he gave me the newer one because it had more functions. All for the same price (but I wasn't paying anyway). The customer service is excellent and they seem to know their frequent customers well. The one downside is that the parking situation is confusing. I came at night and the light store next door was so blinding I almost missed little Enterprise tucked in the corner. I walked over, but I could see how confusing parking could be--where were the cars being rented and where can you actually park? Other than that, I always believe customer service makes or breaks your experience. I'd highly recommend this location for their friendly staff. read more

I obtained my rental car through Enterprise via an insurance claim. Tevin, the manager, was so accommodating, professional and courteous. My visit was short and quick. My transaction took about 10 minutes. A few days later, I received a call that the vehicle I was driving had been sold to a buyer. Tevin called and asked if I could come in at my convenience to exchange it for another vehicle. Tevin again, was very apologetic for the inconvenience and was professional and courteous. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Tevin and his team are a definite asset to the Enterprise Car Company. Thank you for employing such wonderful people. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT RENT HERE. For the longest time this location was my favorite rental car location and Enterprise was my go-to rental car company but because of the worst salesman and worst rental car experience my family went through here, this location will never get business from me or any of my family and close friends! My Aunt was recently in the hospital for open heart surgery and a string of other procedures. She was in critical condition and left my Uncle (her husband) in a rough and emotional time. At the same time, their car was needing repairs and while it was in shop (and my Aunt was in the hospital) their auto insurance covered a rental car. To help family out, my parents brought my Uncle to this Enterprise location to get their car. The younger Asian salesman was the worst ever. He was DEMANDING, DISRESPECTFUL, and OVER THE TOP PUSHY to sell the added insurance coverage that they offer. I know car rental companies are known to be assertive when it comes to insurance but he was too much. He even made negative sarcastic remarks relating to my Uncle's Philippine nationality. I don't know how this Enterprise associate was hired to work at this location (or any rental car business) but it is clear that this man is a horrible salesperson that takes advantage and preys on innocent customers. Is this the approach Enterprise uses? Unbelievable and not acceptable. Besides from the completely rude and disrespectful customer service, this location tends not to have the category/size of vehicle you reserve and wait times are usually LONG. Not the location to come to if you are in a rush to get to work or a meeting. Coming from a finance executive and business owner, there will definitely be a memo sent to corporate and I am urging all of my friends, relatives, and you to STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. read more

For the past two months I have rented 4 times from this location. The first two times were satisfactory, in that I received the car type that was originally selected through our corporate account. The other times including my recent reservation I had to settle for a vehicle type that differed from the reservation. In each I had to ask if I could be provided a different model that was actually on the lot only to be told the car was already being held for another customer, which I had been told over the phone that they do not hold cars. The other times I was told these were the models I had to select from. Oddly, it seems like the manager at this location provides preferential treatment of certain customers and ethnicities. The support team I can do try to do this work to provide good service, but it is evident there is a culture of providing better service to select clientele and there is definitely a lack of professional effort to meet customers expectations. Because of my most recent experience, poor customer service and lastly not having the vehicle that was reserved, I cancelled my reservation and went to another Enterprise location that will earn our corporate business moving forward. read more

Very dishonest and unprofessional employees at this location. I Contacted corporate and will be filing a complaint. I will NEVER rent a car from Enterprise again because of the service I received at this location. read more

UPDATE- I dropped the rental car off today and was immediately greeted by everyone there. There were only a couple employees working so it's completely understandable if you don't receive quick service. There are employees running around, dropping off, and picking up people. I didn't wait too long even though I allowed them to assist other people because I was in no rush. As soon as Kyle, who is very polite and a great conversation starter, checked the rental car, he immediately printed out my requested receipt and drove me back to my collision place! HUUUGE thanks again to Yasmine for helping me deal with the insurance company and thank you to everyone who was extremely patient and friendly! I will definitely come back to this location from now on! read more
