Although it is a small location, they are busy. They only had one guy working when I walked in. Joey is so efficient! Promote this man immediately! I explained multiple times that the accident happened today, yet I was repeatedly asked the same question. When I expressed confusion about next steps, the representative seemed annoyed. This is the worst Enterprise branch I have ever rented from. We rented a vehicle from 10/02/2025 to 11/05/2025. When we returned the car on 11/05, the employee assisting us, Pebble, had a terrible attitude toward my son while he was simply trying to clarify the final charges, especially since we also needed documentation for the body shop. Because Enterprise requires a credit card to remain on file, they proceeded to charge our card three separate times--on 11/05, 11/19, and 12/24--without any clear explanation. The final invoice had already been settled and the vehicle was returned on 11/05, so there should have been no additional charges. When I called again on 12/24 to ask what the latest charge was for, the same employee, Pebble, answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking and, when I explained that the charges had already been paid, she abruptly transferred me to Enterprise customer service instead of addressing the issue. She also stated that the EV recharge fee had nothing to do with her branch--if that is the case, it should have been clearly disclosed either at the time of rental or when the vehicle was returned. This location has serious issues with customer service, communication, and billing transparency. If you choose to rent from this branch, be prepared to closely monitor your credit card statements. read more

I rented a pretty unfortunate car from LAX and returned it to this Arcadia location, so my interaction with the staff was limited. The associate who was working, however, was very apologetic about the issue with the car and said that it shouldn't have been rented out and would be sent straight to the shop. He invited me, my husband, and my mom inside to sit and wait away from the cold outside, as we planned to call a rideshare home. He immediately picked up on the fact that we were quite stressed from our other ride falling through, and that we didn't realize that Enterprise offered rides locally. He hailed another staff member named Lupe who promptly drove us home. I didn't catch the associate's name, but he was a fairly young, tall and slim Caucasian man. I had a very nice experience at this Enterprise location. Tammy the store manager made the process very fast and easy to rent a mid-size vehicle. I was on the road in no time. Then I had to extend my car rental by 2 days and used the text link that I was sent and it took just seconds to do. I was stuck in an emergency situation in the hospital and required the extra time. When I returned the car it was past an allocated time and counted as an extra day. Making it 7 days from the 14th to the 20th. I had a great experience with this Enterprise. They are very friendly and helpful. Jesse picked me up from the body shop after I dropped off my car early in the morning. It saved me time and money for a ride. After my car was repaired, I could not drive the rental car back to them on the same day due to busy schedules. This is the worst Enterprise location. They have very few cars in inventory, try to upsell you on luxury cars never answer their phones and then overbilled me! Even corporate has a tough time controlling them. Even though I live one block away from them I would never rent from them again. Customer care just asked me to email customer service but I have placed over a dozen calls to customer service with all of the details and they, and the local manager all agree that the local manager is to refund the amount they charged me and instead bill my Tesla insurance agent who has already approved the bill and has been waiting for it but they never submitted it to them. The branch manager was supposed to call me back. No call back. Now this has escalated to the district manager. Hopefully I will get a call back. You're stuck in an endless cycle of pressing numbers to speak to someone, and at the end of all this no one answers and it tells you goodbye. No one answers and helps with your reservations. Perhaps the nicest Enterprise staff I've ever encountered. I was involved in a car collision and the other party's insurance set me up with Enterprise while my car was at the repair shop. The Enterprise is about a 4-minute walk from the repair shop so I just strolled over. When I got there, they said I could have called them for a pickup, which I thought was funny. The moment my reservation was placed, I received a call from Enterprise to check when I was coming in. They wanted to make sure they had the right car lined up for me. I made sure to inform them that I definitely need a car similar in size to my Honda Civic. Last time I was in a car accident, the other Enterprise location set me up with a large pickup truck and insisted that it was "similar" to my car and wouldn't give me another car, so now I'm a bit paranoid. These folks at the Arcadia location were much more accommodating. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was very friendly as was the gentleman who set me up with a car. There were two models of the Nissan Altima available and he gave me the newer one because it had more functions. All for the same price (but I wasn't paying anyway). The customer service is excellent and they seem to know their frequent customers well. The one downside is that the parking situation is confusing. I came at night and the light store next door was so blinding I almost missed little Enterprise tucked in the corner. I walked over, but I could see how confusing parking could be--where were the cars being rented and where can you actually park? Other than that, I always believe customer service makes or breaks your experience. I'd highly recommend this location for their friendly staff. read more

I obtained my rental car through Enterprise via an insurance claim. Tevin, the manager, was so accommodating, professional and courteous. My visit was short and quick. My transaction took about 10 minutes. A few days later, I received a call that the vehicle I was driving had been sold to a buyer. Tevin called and asked if I could come in at my convenience to exchange it for another vehicle. Tevin again, was very apologetic for the inconvenience and was professional and courteous. For the past two months I have rented 4 times from this location. The first two times were satisfactory, in that I received the car type that was originally selected through our corporate account. The other times including my recent reservation I had to settle for a vehicle type that differed from the reservation. In each I had to ask if I could be provided a different model that was actually on the lot only to be told the car was already being held for another customer, which I had been told over the phone that they do not hold cars. The other times I was told these were the models I had to select from. Oddly, it seems like the manager at this location provides preferential treatment of certain customers and ethnicities. The support team I can do try to do this work to provide good service, but it is evident there is a culture of providing better service to select clientele and there is definitely a lack of professional effort to meet customers expectations. Because of my most recent experience, poor customer service and lastly not having the vehicle that was reserved, I cancelled my reservation and went to another Enterprise location that will earn our corporate business moving forward. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT RENT HERE. For the longest time this location was my favorite rental car location and Enterprise was my go-to rental car company but because of the worst salesman and worst rental car experience my family went through here, this location will never get business from me or any of my family and close friends! My Aunt was recently in the hospital for open heart surgery and a string of other procedures. She was in critical condition and left my Uncle (her husband) in a rough and emotional time. At the same time, their car was needing repairs and while it was in shop (and my Aunt was in the hospital) their auto insurance covered a rental car. To help family out, my parents brought my Uncle to this Enterprise location to get their car. The younger Asian salesman was the worst ever. He was DEMANDING, DISRESPECTFUL, and OVER THE TOP PUSHY to sell the added insurance coverage that they offer. I know car rental companies are known to be assertive when it comes to insurance but he was too much. He even made negative sarcastic remarks relating to my Uncle's Philippine nationality. I don't know how this Enterprise associate was hired to work at this location (or any rental car business) but it is clear that this man is a horrible salesperson that takes advantage and preys on innocent customers. Is this the approach Enterprise uses? Unbelievable and not acceptable. Besides from the completely rude and disrespectful customer service, this location tends not to have the category/size of vehicle you reserve and wait times are usually LONG. Not the location to come to if you are in a rush to get to work or a meeting. Coming from a finance executive and business owner, there will definitely be a memo sent to corporate and I am urging all of my friends, relatives, and you to STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. read more

UPDATE- I dropped the rental car off today and was immediately greeted by everyone there. There were only a couple employees working so it's completely understandable if you don't receive quick service. There are employees running around, dropping off, and picking up people. As soon as Kyle, who is very polite and a great conversation starter, checked the rental car, he immediately printed out my requested receipt and drove me back to my collision place!
