I just built a home and they did all of our plumbing. The really amazing part happened on Labor Day weekend when I started to smell something strange near our water heater. The amazing part was within 30 min of me calling Cory Greenwood was there to take a look at the smell! As it turns out the issue was not with the water heater, but the amount of relief that I felt from Cory being there was worth it's weight in gold. He has over 30 years experience and within 30 min he was at my house ensuring my family was safe. You can't put a price on that. He genuinely cared about his work and spent the majority of the time putting my mind at ease of how the water heater works. He even adjusted the exhaust valve bc it wasn't absolutely perfect and may have contributed to what I was smelling. My wife and I have a newborn in the house and maybe I was being a bit too overprotective, but having a professional with so much experience on call was truly incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You are in spectacular hands if you have them!! I discovered a leak in the upstairs bath of our 22 year old home at approximately 10 p.m. last Saturday night. This leak, had it continued, would have gone thru the floor & collapsed the sheetrock on the downstairs ceiling within just a few hours. It would have been a disaster if not fixed quickly. After calling your emergency service number I received a call back within 10 minutes from Nick Green, one of your plumbers, who asked a few questions and told me he would be at my home within approximately an hour. He was here in 45 minutes! Incredible! He quickly determined the source of the leak, fixed it in a few minutes, fixed another less urgent problem I had been putting off for months, and thanked me for my business. During the entire time Nick displayed a friendly, totally professional attitude as opposed to another plumbing company I used once whose employee had a rather negative attitude about being called out after normal working hours. Cory & Patrick showed up promptly on time at my home with less than 4 hours notice. Cory was very nice, explained everything clearly so I could understand, then put his 30 years of plumbing experience to work. He solved a partial blockage with my 54 year old cast iron pipes that other plumbers missed and has plagued me sporadically for years. He ran a camera down both my main lines, made a video and emailed it to me before leaving. He didn't try to sell me thousands of dollars in repairs that I didn't need like other plumbers have, he just fixed the problem. Enterprise is very reliable plumbing company. Always fix my issue correctly at once. This time I had a stoppage issue in kitchen sink. I used local plumber for the same issue few times but problem keeps coming back. So I called Enterprise and seasoned ( over 30 years experience) plumber, Cory came in. Wow he had all good equipment, showed me problems in detail by camera, explained me all why and how fixed. I learned al lot about my house's plumbing structure that I was wondering all the time. Of course he fixed problem permanently not like other plumber did temporary fixing. Cory also educated me how to manage drain system efficiently. Now he is a my plumber. I can't say enough about how great Cory & Patrick were today at my house. We're first time home buyers and really didn't know what to expect when our upstairs toilet clogged and overflowed so badly that the first plumbers called out couldn't do anything to fix it, in fact, they made it worse. We knew something else had to be wrong as our home is only 2 years old. They were so kind, respectful, thorough and patient with us today. With a lot of hard work they were able to find a large piece of wood clogging our pipe, clearly from construction on our home. They worked with our builders and were able to get us taken care of. I sent a text to Enterprise Plumbing to report an issue with a clogged drain in our new home and immediately received a response stating that a technician would contact me shortly. The technician Cory called a few minutes later to give me an estimated time of arrival and he and another technician, Michael, arrived within that timeframe. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the issues. The cherry on top was that they took the time to test all of the drains and found additional clogged drains and cleaned those out as well. After moving into my new home, I was surprised to have problems with drains backing up and unfortunately this happened after business hours. Very impressed. Cory and Trey came to the house and removed a persistent and stubborn clog in the drain pipes between a toilet and the septic system. Cory showed the clog to me on the "Snakes" camera before and after he removed it. In addition, Cory told me what the source of the clog was and how to avoid it in the future. Had major problem over weekend with all of our drainage and sewer blocked. Corey, Michael from enterprise plumbing came out promptly with hi tech equipment and saved the day. Lead supervisor, Corey, was very experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem. They cleared up blockage and some construction debris left during building of the home. Our toilets were backed up, the washing machine drain pipe was overflowing, the sink and bathtub were draining slowly and a leak under the kitchen sink. Basically nothing was working and we needed help fast! Cory and Patrick arrived and started working on it and quickly found the problem. Cory Greenwood came to our home through the home warranty company. This is our second water leak since we first moved in 1 months go. This time it was in the garage. Water was running out of the bottom of the wall and onto the floor. The home warranty company initially tried to claim it had to be the irrigation system. I requested a plumber come to inspect it. Our 3 year old decided to flush a wad of paper towels down the master toilet in our 1979 home! I consider myself to be pretty handy but couldn't manage to unblock the debit. I was so happy they showed up as promised and in a mask. Both Corey and Patrick worked diligently to unplug my master bathroom shower. They pulled a huge amount of debris from the drain. Some of it was stuck on the sides but they tried several things and got every bit of debris out of it and checked to make sure the drain was totally unclogged and clean. My garbage disposal was making this crazy noise as if it had something stuck in there. Got my flashlight and looked around and came up empty handed. Contacted Enterprise for service and Cory and Patrick came out. Within less then 5 minutes Patrick felt around and found what looked like the substance of a small flat piece of asphalt stuck on the side. I couldn't believe it! We had been in our home (new build) for about a week and the plumbing backed up. First the toilets would not flush and then water backed up in the bathtubs and shower with debris that looked like concrete and dirt. Cory and Patrick are fantastic! They have helped me a couple of times. Once was an issue related to a clogged laundry room drain. They did a great job of clearing it! The other problem I had was a gas leak that was hard to find but they did not stop until it was found and the leak was fixed!
