Complete no show after several calls and text messages with Ricardo. Even confirmed his rates insinuating we couldn't afford their service for our residence. He installed 6 cat6 cables in addition to an HDMI cable that will connect to my projector. The lines he ran were clean and not visible in perimeter of my home. The patch panel in flawless. He also was cool enough to move my cable panel from outside of the house to inside of my garage! His team confirmed connectivity on all patched ports before leaving. We hired Enterprise Communications to install ethernet and remove old coax and phone lines in a sprawling house in Marin. We're extremely happy with the work. They cleaned out the old cables, installed the new ethernet and network equipment, and even did some minor repairs on the cable company's work. I called Enrique back in February to pull cable from the street posts and into our house so we could get cable. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did the job quickly. Happy with their previous work, I called him and Ricardo last week to wire Ethernet cables throughout our house with Cat6a. They special ordered the materials for me and installed the cables the day after it arrived. They were really easy to work with and discuss plans to make the job safe and aesthetically pleasing. I had Enterprise replace the current CAT 5 cabling in our house and in a back building with CAT 6. Before I retired, I was the IT director of 70 person company and have had numerous experiences hiring cabling contractors as our company grew. I had a great experience with Ricardo and team. I decided to get a video surveillance system for the outside of my house. Ricardo was responsive when I first reached out, quickly scheduling a time to come out for a look at the property so he could provide an estimate. He offered a fair price and so I went forward with him. He was able to schedule a time to come out to do the installation just a few days later. He and team did a great job, using piping to house the cables connecting the video cameras. There are 8 cameras in total and the layout and piping all look very clean and professionally done. He and team worked to position the cameras just right and made sure the whole set up (NVR, apps) was working properly before taking off. He even noted that they used slightly less piping and cable than he thought so he adjusted down the final cost to account for that! Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend him! read more

We were desperately looking for a cabling contractor that could rewire our old condo with the new RG6 cables after Comcast refused to help(big surprise!) We called a bunch of places and these guys were the only ones who agreed to rewire from the garage to our third floor condo. They arrived on time, did an amazing job of hiding the wires and wiring it from the outside and completed the job sooner than anticipated. I had Enterprise Communications install two mobile access points and one in-wall ethernet jack in my house. Ricardo and his partner did an excellent job. When giving me a quote several weeks prior to the job they anticipated having to do some drywall cutting in order to route the cable for the MAP in the living room. During the actual install they spent a lot of time determining how best to route the cable and eventually identified a way to route it in the garage and poke up through the garage ceiling right into the wall -- completely avoiding all of the drywall cutting they had originally anticipated. This saved me the time and money of getting the drywall repaired, plus the cable routing was super clean and out of sight. The job ended up taking a few hours longer than expected but Ricardo was very communicative about the process and they even cleaned up the around the various work areas.
