Ricardo and his team helped wire my home with CAT6 ethernet. They were very prompt and knowledgeable. Ricardo answered all my questions and concerns for the installation plans and reassured me that we would be able to do the wiring with minimal damage to the drywall. The project was executed smoothly! Cables were tested and organized in a patch panel. All terminal ports were labelled with the patch panel port number. Fantastic :) read more

I was very pleased with the work that Ricardo and Enrique did. They ran 12 ethernet cables to all sides of my home for cameras and access points. I have some complicated attic space with 4 entries and 3 different levels in a 2 story house. They expertly navigated the space and worked with me to select the best routes. They installed all of the devices and the wiring to them was either completely hidden or very discrete. It's clear these guys are pros that know what they're doing. read more

I was extremely happy with the work that Ricardo and Enrique did set up ethernet wiring at my home. I would highly recommend Enterprise for low-voltage internet wiring for your home or office. They solved my problem of several years of poor wifi at home with densely packed buildings and thick walls affecting reception. Ricardo came over and identified various ways we can draw concealed ethernet wires and drop wifi access points. His quote was reasonable and the work turned out to be excellent. The 3 person team were professional and courteous and the results were fantastic. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

What a fantastic experience! Enterprise ran a CAT6 line to my office so that I could take full advantage of my new fiber optic connection. I know get blazing speeds, beyond what I could possibly have imagined. The guys were prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. They were also hilarious! Such a pleasure to deal with. I can recommend with full confidence. read more

Complete no show after several calls and text messages with Ricardo. Even confirmed his rates insinuating we couldn't afford their service for our residence. Too bad, because my wife and I work and consult with a lot of architecture and tech firms, and their complete lack of professionalism cost them any reference with Gensler, Google, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc. Be warned that they may schedule something over the phone and never show up. read more

Ricardo and his team is a definite 'must hire' for your networking needs!! He's uber professional, very courteous and prompt as hell! He installed 6 cat6 cables in addition to an HDMI cable that will connect to my projector. The lines he ran were clean and not visible in perimeter of my home. The patch panel in flawless. He also was cool enough to move my cable panel from outside of the house to inside of my garage! His team confirmed connectivity on all patched ports before leaving. WiFi connectivity is no longer an issue for me given that he's placed 3 APs in appropriate locations. I will hire them again and also refer to colleagues and friends for similar projects!! read more

These guys are great. Ricardo and Enrique came over right away and solved a phone line problem that both AT&T and Sonic could not figure out. They were polite, attentive, communicated well and best of all solved the puzzle. Highly recommend them! read more

Enterprise Communications turned out to be a terrific company to hire to install cable and internet connections in my house. They were fast, reliable, affordable, and they communicated clearly with me throughout the process to ensure everything was getting completed the way I wanted it. They also threw in a couple extra special touches that really accentuated the final result. I liked their work so much that I brought them back a year later to wire an in-law unit I built behind my house, and they again did a terrific job. Highly recommended! read more

Great experience working with Enterprise. They installed 7 data (cat6) and cable (coax) lines in my 3rd floor mission apartment. Very clean job, easy to work with, quality work. They walked me through what they had planned, discussed merits of different box locations and made sure everything was labeled so it's easy when the service providers need to enable service. Price was also very reasonable and literally 1/4 of what I was quoted by another company for identical work. Super happy with my experience and would use Ricardo and Enrique again! read more

Amazing experience using Enterprise. Meticulous, kind, thoughtful, hardworking, punctual staff. They were able to able to schedule us in on short notice for a big job wiring an entire 4000sf house with multiple cat6a runs to a beautiful centralized rack and patchbay. I recently moved to the bay area and just needed a couple phone jacks installed into the living room now converted into a bedroom. We hired Enterprise Communications to install ethernet and remove old coax and phone lines in a sprawling house in Marin. We're extremely happy with the work. They cleaned out the old cables, installed the new ethernet and network equipment, and even did some minor repairs on the cable company's work. The new network closet is neat and well laid out, the new runs are clean and hidden from view, and everything is clearly labeled. Enrique and his team were very friendly and professional, and took time to make sure we understood the process. Highly recommended. read more

I called Enrique back in February to pull cable from the street posts and into our house so we could get cable. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did the job quickly. Happy with their previous work, I called him and Ricardo last week to wire Ethernet cables throughout our house with Cat6a. They special ordered the materials for me and installed the cables the day after it arrived. They were really easy to work with and discuss plans to make the job safe and aesthetically pleasing. They pulled ethernet from under the house, through the walls and installed drops in our attic, living room and a closet. I am really happy with the work and will absolutely use them again for the next project. I highly recommend them for any communication/data installation. read more

I had Enterprise replace the current CAT 5 cabling in our house and in a back building with CAT 6. Before I retired, I was the IT director of 70 person company and have had numerous experiences hiring cabling contractors as our company grew. I wish I had known about Enterprise back then, it would have saved me a lot of grief dealing with other contractors. Enrique and Ricardo provided excellent service; Their quote was competitive, they showed up on-time, and provided clear and helpful instructions about what they were going to do, and did it well. All runs were tested and labeled, the site was clean, and I can now look forward to installing gigabit Internet service that runs at maximum speed throughout our property. I highly recommend Enterprise for data cabling. I understand they provide AV services, too, and based on their performance I would expect the same high level performance. read more

We were hooked up (heh) with Ricardo and Enrique through the team that designed our new home network. What we had when we started was a spaghetti mess of cables and no idea of what went where. With patience and diligence, the enterprising brothers from Enterprise cleaned it all up, put in a nice patch panel, and labeled every port. They also shoehorned in some new wiring for new access points, and did it all with a friendly, can-do spirit. Highly recommended. read more

I had to move/add telephone and cat5e connections to another part of my house and was expecting that it would take some time to line up the right people to complete the job. I called Enterprise and they returned my call in about an hour then came over and scheduled the job to be completed the next day for a reasonable price. Rico came back the next day and my network and phones were installed, it was a perfect service experience. read more

I had a great experience with Ricardo and team. I decided to get a video surveillance system for the outside of my house. Ricardo was responsive when I first reached out, quickly scheduling a time to come out for a look at the property so he could provide an estimate. He offered a fair price and so I went forward with him. He was able to schedule a time to come out to do the installation just a few days later. He and team did a great job, using piping to house the cables connecting the video cameras. There are 8 cameras in total and the layout and piping all look very clean and professionally done. He and team worked to position the cameras just right and made sure the whole set up (NVR, apps) was working properly before taking off. He even noted that they used slightly less piping and cable than he thought so he adjusted down the final cost to account for that! Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend him! read more

After months of estimates, and waiting for the right contractor, we finally found Enterprise Communications. Ricardo and his team were straightforward about the complexity of the job. He, and his team were tasked with the job of running very delicate fiber optic cable from the basement of our building to the 4th floor. Within a week of the estimate, we we're on our way to a successful job completion! I am very happy with their performance, but most importantly our entire team is now working much more efficiently. I recommend Enterprise Communications to anyone, and am looking forward to using their services in the near future. read more

Enrique does great work! He was friendly, communicative and had the right tools for the job. Highly recommended.

I wish all vendors were this pleasant and professional. Ricardo and his team were outstanding to work with. I had an extremely tight deadline to get a bunch of ethernet drops installed before occupying an office space. They rearranged schedules to meet our needs, worked odd hours, and did everything with a smile and a high level of professionalism. Enterprise gave us a fair quote, explained the charges in detail and helped us understand what was involved to complete our project so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing this type of work done, and I plan to use them exclusively for any needs that arise in the future. read more

I called Enterprise Communications to install cable in our kitchen by splitting our existing line in our living room. Our landlord requested the line run under the house and Comcast informed us they no longer go under homes. Enrique was extremely helpful, professional and was out to give us an estimate the same day. They came out on time, their work was clean, they could not have been nicer and they were affordable. I would recommend Enterprise Communications to anyone! I could not be happier. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Enrique and Ricardo! I have a cafe in Berkeley, and needed cleaner lines for phone and data. They ran 3 new lines, took the time to make the work clean and neat. They did whatever they could to avoid business interruption, and they work around your schedule. A day later, a ISP came out and shorted some of lines line. Within an hour they came out and worked on an issue the ISP Provider created just so that I had minimal business interruption. They work on Surveillance Equipment, so that review will come next!!! 5 - star all the way, these guys are GREAT!! read more

I can't say how happy I am with the services I received from Enterprise Communications. I had an appointment scheduled for only getting an estimate. They came over, gave me an estimate that was at least half less that 2 other competitors, and even 1/3 of another estimate I got. They were able to start right away, and within a few hours I had my house wired with Cat 6 (2 drops one for upstairs and one for downstairs). Thanks again guys!!!! read more

Booked them the day-before. They came onsite, diagnosed the issue and did a great job cabling, tidying, and educating us.

These guys are the best! They are professional, skilled, timely, and gentle human beings. I had them wire a whole new office for us, following crazy HIPAA and OSHA code (Medical office) We now a nicely labeled and functioning office. They get even more kudos, because in the middle of their job, I had a family emergency and I was able to call Ricardo really late and move his arrival to later in the day so I could get some sleep. No complaints or additional costs associated! I look forward to working with them on many projects in the future! read more

We were desperately looking for a cabling contractor that could rewire our old condo with the new RG6 cables after Comcast refused to help(big surprise!) We called a bunch of places and these guys were the only ones who agreed to rewire from the garage to our third floor condo. They arrived on time, did an amazing job of hiding the wires and wiring it from the outside and completed the job sooner than anticipated. They were respectful of our time and place and made sure everything was done to perfection and accurately. The fact that we were impressed is an understatement. If this job is any indication of their commitment to work then I would recommend them with my eyes closed. We finally have internet after 2 weeks of living in a black hole, all thanks to them! read more

These guys did a fantastic job! They are brothers and work as a team. My house had some old phones in it and they managed to resurrect the wiring and now I have an ethernet network all carefully labelled into a patch panel. I had Enterprise Communications install two mobile access points and one in-wall ethernet jack in my house. Ricardo and his partner did an excellent job. When giving me a quote several weeks prior to the job they anticipated having to do some drywall cutting in order to route the cable for the MAP in the living room. During the actual install they spent a lot of time determining how best to route the cable and eventually identified a way to route it in the garage and poke up through the garage ceiling right into the wall -- completely avoiding all of the drywall cutting they had originally anticipated. This saved me the time and money of getting the drywall repaired, plus the cable routing was super clean and out of sight. The job ended up taking a few hours longer than expected but Ricardo was very communicative about the process and they even cleaned up the around the various work areas. Would definitely hire Enterprise again. read more

I hired Enterprise Communications to do some network cabling for my home office. They are knowledgeable, experienced, very pleasant to work with, and very effective at cable installation. Before we moved into our new office space in 2015, we were introduced to Ricardo from Enterprise for advice on what would it would take to fulfill our communication needs--ethernet cables and wiring for a VOIP phone system throughout the studio and offices. Ricardo was good to work with, discussing how they could do the job and make it aesthetically pleasing. Ricardo gave me a decent quote and then did the job safely and quickly. We have been very happy with the work since and I would highly recommend them for any communication/data installation. read more

After 22 years in the same spot, we recently moved our office and needed to wire it for phones and computers in a hurry. I found Enterprise Communications on Craigslist and these guys impressed me by their professionalism and fair pricing. They had the following day available and had most if it done within about 6 hours. When AT&T came by and finished the connections in our new building, Enterprise returned and all was up and running in a couple of hours. For reference, we had 6 workstations with 4-line phones and the internet at these at the same locations and the server. I'm happy to say everything is working the first time! Everything was done neatly and way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company. read more
