Absolutely no customer service what so ever, poor workmanship, and additional hidden fees…read more Let me explain, first of all it took 4 trips to Dave's Auto to have my front tires balanced, my son had an oil change and the filter was installed incorrectly causing a major oil leak, during a wheel alignment my steering wheel now sits slightly to the right. When all this was brought to the attention to Dave the owner, he was loud, obnoxious and did not stand behind his work! In addition, I checked my receipt and he added 20 more dollars to the labor fee. I had to argue with him for my 20 dollars back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!!!! If they can not accomplish simple repairs like wheel balancing, oil change, and wheel alignment. It worries me for all you folks who take your vechicle to that establishment for major repairs!!!!

Now they want me to pay for damages caused in there shop after already giving them $2500 more then what the repairs cost at any other shop! This shop screwed me over good! I brought the truck in for a lifter and camshaft fix, and came out with a leak in the exhaust manifold, one that was not there when I brought it in. My truck has always sounded great and even when I brought it in, it sounded the same way. Now I have to drive around with a loud noise coming from the engine that was never there before. Instead of the company doing the right thing and just fixing what they broke, they handed me a $220 bill to fix it instead. I got nothing but excuses from them of why it's not there fault as if I'm some idiot who doesn't know anything about vehicles. He would find a way to word or express what was wrong with my vehicle, how much the parts would be, and what the estimated total would be with labor in an easy way for me to understand without making me feel like a moron (like some mechanics have done). He also helped me plan along like "well if you need to wait a week til next paycheck you could drive it but I wouldn't do more than that." Or when her frame gave out and he had to tell me that the cost to fix it would be more expensive than just getting another used car. At Vics you can really tell that Chris and his team put their customer's first and I'll keep going back to them for services. Check struts/suspension and call me with opinion, 4. a wheel alignment if it needed it from #3 . 5 oil change , waited my week and half. Took it there early at 8am on Monday . Wrote on a piece of paper and placed it on my dashboard before I turned my keys over stating the above things as well with my phone number in #3 for calling me about struts/suspension. I get a automated text around 1pm saying my cars done. So no phone call the whole time!Go pick my car up they tell me $450 and they replaced the ball joints tire roto and balance(but they didn't put balance on the receipt because they don't charge?) wheel alignment and oil change. I paid cash just upset cause a silent anxiety attack. I drove home 15 mins away on the throughway doing 55-65 with flow of traffic and my car/steering wheel/tires are shaking and vibrating worse. Immediately slowed down to 50 got home and parked it . Couldn't sleep even sent a text back to the automated number at 6am upset that I paid $450 for work I never authorized. Also seen balancing wasn't on the receipt . I called at 8am when they opened and said what happened to me and if they forgot to balance the tires because it's not on paperwork. And idk who but told me they don't charge for it so they don't put it on the receipt ( yet they're doing work to my car, not documenting it) and to drop it off and will take 40 mins.. brang it back for them to fix and when I dropped it off , the older gentleman on the left lift he didn't seem in the best mood and sorta just hung my keys up and kept working I told him I parked it on side street and left. I had to call them 3.5 hours later saying what's the deal and . They told me ohh yeah it's been done you can get it whenever. (Again didn't call me) Picked my car up didn't even close the door from my mom dropping me off and Chris the owner I believe told me yeah check it out we looked at it is seems fine we drove it around . You might've threw a weight idk how fast you drive, Take it for a spin back on throughway and let me know what you think .
