As a woman in her 20's, I've had some unpleasant auto shop trips where they have lied or tried to upsell me. This shop did none of that. Price was reasonable, they did what I asked and didn't try to push anything more on me. 10/10 will be back for maintenance and I highly recommend this shop to anyone else.

My cars were always in California and baring the cars being under warranties, I only stuck with highly skilled BMW experts. I was really challenged a few years back bringing my 550i to Buffalo. I went through many shops after having motor blown- luckily it was due to a recall issue, flywheel wiped, auto brake system fried etc. A lot has happened since moving car here and could never find the right fit for this car until I came to Dragon's. Danny, the mechanic took special interest in this electrical issue I was having. I had already spent $2,700 to get electrical issues fixed and was told that I should go new BMW ABS system- $6 K + labor. I knew it was an electrical issue and decided to go a different path so I brought it here. I'm so glad I did. These guys had it for a few days, tried a number of things based off of what I told them and came back with a resolution that Danny found on a forum. Only true problem solvers with a passion for these cars would have dig up the problem and fix. In the end- it was a $500 fix vs. a $7k proposed repair and that would have not solved the problem. This is long winded but it's important to all who read this- do t be like me shopping for a good crew of mechanics over a few years because you love your car. Bring it here and know these guys will be my go-to's long into the future.

I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. Absolutely no customer service what so ever, poor workmanship, and additional hidden fees…read more Let me explain, first of all it took 4 trips to Dave's Auto to have my front tires balanced, my son had an oil change and the filter was installed incorrectly causing a major oil leak, during a wheel alignment my steering wheel now sits slightly to the right. When all this was brought to the attention to Dave the owner, he was loud, obnoxious and did not stand behind his work! In addition, I checked my receipt and he added 20 more dollars to the labor fee. I had to argue with him for my 20 dollars back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!!!! If they can not accomplish simple repairs like wheel balancing, oil change, and wheel alignment. It worries me for all you folks who take your vechicle to that establishment for major repairs!!!!
