Unfortunately I took my Toyota to TriStar and they said my brake lines were leaking and fuel lines were leaking and the car wasn't safe to drive. My car has passed inspection 3 years in a row there are no leaking brake lines or fuel lines . Shame on you TriStar read more

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I had previously taken it to another auto repair shop and after spending over $1000 on so called repairs they still claimed I needed more work done in order for my car to pass inspection. Took it to Tri star and asked them to look over my car and let me know what needed fixing in order for it to pass without telling them what I was told I needed done by the other people. They didn't find half of what the other people claimed needed to be fixed. The things I knew I needed they charged me way less than I was quoted from the others. They fixed and inspected my car quickly. They were kind and honest which are apparently hard traits to come by in the auto industry. I am beyond happy I was told about this place. Will definitely be going back for any repairs in the future and will tell anyone I know they should take their vehicles here as well. read more

My wifes parents took her truck in to tri star for an inspection. They took my wife for $640 in brake work that was not needed. They claimed she needed front rotors, calipers, and pads. I just changed the front brakes 15000 miles ago. With lifetime warranty pads from auto zone. The brakes were absolutely fine and needed no repairs. They claimed the right front caliper was bad, but we never had an issue with the caliper hanging up, pulling or brakes burning. No real damage to the rotors other than normal wear, no pulsing, or gouges. Instead of using the lifetime warranty on the pads they put new pads on it and charged her for pads that could have been essentially free. I would not recommend anyone using tri star. read more

Took my car here to get the heater core replaced. They did that, but then told me AFTER I went to pick my car up that the blower needed to be replaced (ended up taking it to a dealer to get a warranty part). This would be another labor change to open the car back up to fix the blower they should have called when they were in there to fix. The heater core worked for not even a full year, and took it back and they "flushed" it and it only worked properly for a few weeks. I would say this garage is good for inspections only at best. Would love to spend my money at a small business, but unfortunately these guys jaded my thoughts on that. read more

These guys are amazing! I originally called Firestone (where i used to take my car for repairs) for a quote on a wheel bearing and when it seemed high I called these guys who quoted me $200+ LESS on the same repair and were able to get me in and out on the same day! They talked to me like I was an actual human being and when I went to pick my car up they said that the bill was actually LESS than what they quoted me! And while I still hate paying for car repairs, these guys make it a bit less painful! Paul is the name of the guy who helped me today and I can't recommend him enough! Thank you! read more

Took my car here to get my ac fixed I came back to pick my car up and the guy who installed the parts laughs at his own work by admitting to me that he's charging me $450 for a part that didn't work. He refused to replace the non working part unless I paid another $450 if not more. On a second occasion my husband went here not knowing this the same place I had a bad experience and once again they replaced a part with a faulty part that barely lasted a week. read more
