I called Matt asking for an update and Matt told me that he hadn't gotten to the car yet but he did manage to DAMAGE IT. He never once called to let me know he damaged it, he was just waiting for me to call him I guess. He never sent me a photo of the damage or disclosed what actually happened. I had to call this man SEVERAL TIMES on several occasions and had to finally threaten him with an attorney before he fixed the damages and returned the car to me. He had the car for about a month. Never fixed the original issues that I took it in for. Do not take any vehicle here. This place is the worst.

I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. You can certainly call their phone but I opted to use their electronic communication options. Online scheduling was easy via their website. Received a follow up text to confirm the appointment and received drop off instructions. There is certainly a person answering the texts, which was nice. Diagnosing the problem didn't take very long; maybe a couple of hours after I dropped it off. I was sent a link to view the findings from the technician, complete with important photos, and recommendations. I received a second link that was used to verify which repairs I would like performed, and their costs. At that point, I either agree or disagree to the individual parts and labors that were recommended. I Signed the electronic agreement and moved on with my day. I Received another text when the van was complete. This was my first time visiting AmTon and I believe them to be running an honest and trustworthy business. I hope to not have to return under the same circumstances, but if I need to, they will be my first call.
