Came in for a wheel alignment, Needed and oil change and there were quick to get it done in a professional manner. They informed me that the previous maintenance on my vehicle, at another service center, stripped my oil plug and I should return to have it serviced by them. They didn't charge me for the alignment from what the front desk informed me, it only took them one minute and we don't want to charge you for something if it's already prefect. Tons Of Late Model High End European Vehicles Inside The Facility. My Vehicle Needed The 90,000 Mile Service. I Drive An Older 2002 BMW 325Ci, This Car Is Now Driven Daily On Average 150 Miles A Day. So It Is Crucial That The Vehicle Is Serviced Accordingly & Properly. I Called The Local BMW Dealership & It Was Booked Up For A Week, Called Engineuity Autowerks, Spoke With Will, Had An Opening For Me The Following Day. They Performed A Full Vehicle Inspection At No Charge, Performed A Liqui Moly Platinum Oil Service. While Performing The 100+ Point Inspection, They Found & Recommended Me Two Rear Tires, They Also Advised Me About The Condition Of My Cabin Filter, Which Was In Need Of Replacement. Which Previous Dealership Missed When I Expressed My Frustration With The A/C Mold Like Smell. Not Only Did They Replaced It But They Also Performed A/C System Cleaning Service To Completely Remove The Bad Scent Coming From The A/C Vents, It Left My A/C Air Flow Scent Fresh! They Also Informed Me About My Transmission Downshift On My Car, I Had A Transmission Issue When Downshifting, Dealership Was Recommending Replacing The Transmission Unit, Which I Declined When I Came To Find Out It Would Cost Almost Five Thousand Dollars To Repair. The Shop Is Equipped With The BMW Dealership Software & Will & His Team Were Able To Fill Up The Transmission Unit & Reset The Adaptations, Called Me Back To Approve Performing Transmission Service After Confirming No Transmission Issues Were Present To Complete The Service. I Picked Up My Vehicle, It Had Been Vacuumed & Wash At No Cost. My Vehicle Down Shifts Smooth Now. Price Was My Biggest Surprise, I Was Anticipating North Of Sixteen Hundred Dollars, But I Was Out & In My Car For Way Less.
