very bad service I went 3 times wait more than an hour for alignment and they just charge me and they never did the job

Everything went extremely well from the very beginning. When I first called, I spoke with Junior and he gave me a quote over the phone for brakes for my blue raspberry infinity Q50. Junior told me I could drop my car off on Friday and that it would take 2 hours. Not only did they fix my brakes in fast time, they helped me address a couple other issues with my vehicle. I was very satisfied and these guys know what they are doing. I was looking for a new mechanic, and I found them! I couldn't be more happy with the results. They have my stamp of approval. read more

Premier is my go-to mechanic. They do my oil changes and my brakes, and have they fixed two mechanical issues for me. Quickly I might add. Most importantly though, they take the time to explain exactly what my car needs and why. I don't know a lot about cars, but each time I leave there, I know more than when I arrived. This place USED to be a great place to get an oil change and inspection. I have been using them every 3 months for 15 years and the last two times I have been there, it was a terrible experience. There has obviously been a change in ownership. For my last oil change, one employee was persistent that I purchase a fuel additive which was something like $75. I told him I had recently used a fuel additive and didn't need it, but thank you. His reply to me was, "How do you know what your car needs?!" in a very aggressive manner that made me very uncomfortable. I thought I would give them one more chance 2 weeks ago for an oil change and inspection. As I was walking in, first of all, they say they open at 8:00am, and no one was there to unlock the doors until 8:15. As I walked in, the man in line ahead of me asked for an inspection and the man at the cashier told him "The machine is down". I have heard this many times, and I always have waited and gone back at another time. This time, I was tired of excuses. I gave them an honest, maybe not so nice, yet negative opinion on their facebook page: My Review: Been a customer here over 15 years. Ownership changed and they can never get anything right. Inspection machine is always down. C'mon, what the hell is wrong with y'all? Last time I was here, some short Hispanic man was so pushy about buying some fuel additive and told me, "How do you know what your car needs?" Told that POS I know my car better than he does, just because I am a woman doesn't mean I am stupid. NEVER COMING BACK. And today, one of the employees blasted back with some very disgusting remarks. I screen shotted what he said to me: Isam Abuain said "So if you know your car better than he does why take it there? Go fix it your damn self. I can't imagine having a convo with someone like you. I might blow my brains out. I can't stand customers who do this. You tell them what's wrong with their car and they get angry at you like you broke it yourself. I feel sorry for any shop that has to deal with you. And the inspection machine isn't always down so don't lie. All shops have different amountsof inspections they can do. 150 a month is our limit. But of course you should know that your a mechanic right? God help us all smh" When I went back to the review, he had deleted his rude comments. I have screen shots to back this claim. These people not only are disrepectful beyond belief, they obviously cannot be trusted. I would NEVER, EVER go back to this place. I will be reporting this man's comments to the BBB and anywhere else I can report him. read more

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and they gave me an estimated time of completion. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They found a few things that another repair place had not done correctly. They weren't trying to get me to get extra things done just made me aware so I could get them taken care of later. I've used these guys for 5 years for many things. Oil changes to major engine work. Always treated very well, and fair prices. Brake work is done right the first time, and he backs up his warranties. I live 28 miles from their shop, but it's worth the trip, because I don't have to worry about the work that's being done. read more

God. This service attitude and technical level are terrible. Change the oil and spread the oil to the outside, causing me to burn the car. The lid of the lid was broken and the pillars in my lid were broken. Don't come again. Very bad. read more

Owner is very nice BUT service is horrible. I went in for an inspection and an oil change. When Service was complete and paid for they bought my car up. I checked my windshield to notice that I still had my old oil change sticker in the window. I asked to owner who ask the service tech who said he forgot. They brought my truck back in service stall. When I got home something told me check my oil they had put little to no oil in. This was a Saturday right before close. I was Truly disappointed and they will no longer receive service from me and I'll be sure to let as many people as I know about this horrible get over.
