I am rating this place minus zero. I took my vehicle years ago to do State Inspection. The female owner told the person that was doing the inspection to tell me that I need to replace a new wiper because it was torn. When they show me the tear, it was obvious that someone torn it on purpose during inspection. The female owner then told me that it cost $20 to replace it in order to pass inspection. Later I found out from another auto place that the replaced wiper did not even fit my vehicle and it was forced into it causing it to scrape the windshield. I still cannot forget how embarrassed the inspector person was when he told me about the torn wiper. read more

This shop is super bad. I replace my AC compressor not even 2 years but it stop working. And my truck after replace axle, it shaking at 60mph. Never come back On the top is their compressor replaced for my 2015 Toyota sienna not even 2 years. Now I have to replace another Ac compressor on the bottom. I try to find my receipt and update. You claim that the tow truck driver is a legally separate entity. Does not apply he was still working under your hire, and the bill for towing was part of your receipt as a part of a service your business entity provides. This makes it a service you are responsible for as the contract is between us, not an unrelated third party that you hired to do some work for you. 2. You state that you initially gave an estimate based on a photo. Your statement is false. I never complained about any price. I have recorded telephone calls with you where I offered to pay you up to 1 thousand dollars more to make sure you did the job right, but you refused! You wrote up and signed the estimate after reviewing the breakdown and quote from Caliber Collision, in addition to the photos. 3. You mention that I complained about delays. You hired an unlicensed towing man who stole parts from my vehicle prior to delivery. Caliber Collision also called the police to report that your towing guy stalked the women at the front counter to late hours in the night for days after he picked up my car. 4. You state that my wife, who is a former immigration enforcement officer, who is injured and has undergone 4 surgeries to her leg, is making up the fact that your employee jumped into our car assaulted her by grabbing her and pulling keys out of her hand? If that is the case how was it that you had the keys when the police arrived? Pretty bold things to say considering that: 1. You have not sued us for slander. 2. You have not been able to get a court order to force us to remove this. 3. I may be in communication with the DA's office to push them to reconsider pressing charges. 4. You are offering a lifetime warranty but continually refusing to warranty your work. How black and white is that going into the future? I guess you are going to claim next that the other Google reviews are wrong too? Or perhaps you will claim that you did not make inappropriate racist remarks in court to try to sway the judge? Short summary: they lie, cheat and maximize the money. Here is exactly what happened to me and my friends. I was introduced by a friend when I suspect there might be coolant leaking. Took my car in, left for lunch for more than an hour, the inspection was not done even though they told me only 20-30 minutes. As they lifted the car, I asked how long, they said 5 minutes. Then they give me a recommended repairs of around $2500, stating coolant leak, engine oil leak, hydraulic leak and lower control arm replacement. A suspected $600 coolant leak turned into $2500! They left my engine cover on top without the 8-9 screws! I had to return to let them put screws/clips back on. My next shop Ryan's Auto spent a few hours, doing visual inspection, pressure test and test drive, they didn't find any leak and said engine very dry. Also said lower control arm seems to be replaced not long ago - and they are right! They ended up only charge me $75 for inspection and said I don't want to make $1000 off you as your car is in great condition. It's a 2010 Lexus LS460. Now that's being thorough, and honest. My friends with "Complete Auto": Friend one She got rear ended and had it repaired there. A few weeks later got rear ended again, took to another shop and that shop said "Complete Auto" never replaced the part as they are supposed to. Friend two Need to replace two rear mirrors. They charged $900 and replaced with used mirrors still with some touch up paint, and dealer told her that her battery is not original - suspecting got swapped out by someone. Complete Auto is terrible! I hope the lady owner reads this. Be a decent human, stop your shady practice! It feels sick to even think of your shop. I did have a chance to say hi to you and you didn't even bother to ask what's wrong. Advertising and sponsorship won't get you far. Words do spread. My supervisor from Sugarland, and colleague from Katy, both recommend me to Complete auto. This place is 9 times faster than Mossy Nissan dealership in Katy. Brake flush + Coolant flush + P/S flush = $200 flat. Unlike Enterprise Rental on Bellaire Blvd, they don't charge you for what you don't want, they don't charge you without notifying you. At the end they give you a car wash. Shop manager was funny, his face looks like "what do you want" but later on we had a good conversation. read more

I went to Complete Auto Center to repair the right fender, front bumper and low horn for my car. The manager of the auto center inspected the car and give me the quote to repair right fender, front bumper for $500 and change the new and original the low horn for $100 from the dealer. 4 days later, when I went the auto center to retrieve my car, the manager told me that they used the horn that was not original from the dealer and said that would not effect the use of the car. But I told him that I have paid the money for the original horn. Then we went to the owner of the auto center and the owner told me that they used the original horn but it was the old and used horn to installed into my car. They tried to convince me that the old and used horn would be as functional as the new and original one. This is not the good way to make money. read more

The price quoted was the price I paid. They fixed my vehicle and made it look brand new. The other shops said it would take 5 to 7 days.
