This restaurant was within walking distance of the museum and we wanted lunch so off we went. We came in through what we thought was the front door but the hostess station was actually at the other end of the restaurant. We seated ourselves and eventually a server came to our table. The menu has a nice selection of items, and the prices are pretty on point. You can get sandwiches, pizza, salads, and a few other items here as well. We each ordered our own pizza but my friends sister wanted a sandwich so that's what she got. We all enjoyed the environment as it wasn't terribly loud and had plenty of seating. The bar area was busy and they had TV's on with some random sports games on. Service was a bit slow but I think it was because they seemed busy for a Saturday afternoon. Fair enough. Server was nice and we loved her through out our meal. Would gladly return in the future.

Truly enjoyed this place. The service was outstanding. The environment was welcoming and inviting, and overall the food was plentiful and delicious. My colleagues and I ended up here seeking wholesome food with an atmosphere that allowed us to get loud and enjoy each others company over a meal. Our server was very helpful, shoutout to Sherry, and steered each one of us in the best direction for our appetite as they varied significantly. The square pizza was everything I look and desire for in pizza, crunchy (not hard) dough, stretchy cheese bursting with flavors of topping such as pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. A must in the area and one I look forward to coming back to in the future.

Busy Tuesday night with 1/2 off pizza!

Pizza is outstanding!! We've always had great service with friendly staff. Restrooms are very clean. There's an outdoor patio that's very nice. We're never disappointed.

My sister told me about this lovely restaurant close to our home. My husband and I decided to check it out. When we walked in, it was super busy. If you come in the front door, you need to walk to the back for the hostess to seat you. We got seated by the front door and it was a tiny bit chilly when it opened, but it wasn't too bad. The hostess got us drinks as well. Our waitress was super fast. She kinda rab past the table a lot. I think she had quite a few tables. It wasn't really an issue though because we always had a new drink right away. We both ordered chicken tenders entres, one with mac and one with fries. My husband added clam chowder for an extra few bucks. I also ordered the garlic bread for $2 and trust me it's worth the extra bread. The mac was delicious and it's a big serving. It's worth $4 for a small side of mac if you want to try it. The tenders were good but very crunchy for me. Overall, the food was pretty good and a great price.

Well I broke my own rule and sat at the bar and once again, completely ignored by the staff. I waited for 15 minutes and the bartender even talked to the regulars sitting two stools away from me and never acknowledged my being there. So, in spite of how much I wanted a slim Jim I left and went to Bubbas 33. They really should just put up a sign saying strangers not allowed to sit at the bar.

I've been here twice now over the past few weeks and this place is awesome! The service is top notch even when it's been packed and it's got a really great interior. I really enjoyed the pizza, but I'll give my usual complaint that it could have been baked a minute or two longer, but that's on me for never asking for it more on the well done side... They were generous with the toppings and use FRESH mushrooms(!!!!), the cheese was amazing and had a great pull to it and it the sauce was nice and acidic. The muffuletta was great as well. Lots of meat and really flavorful cheese. The spread on it was applied nice and even, so I didn't have it all in one bite. Beers are fresh as well, which is a plus... nothing better than a fresh Two Hearted! We'll be back soon for sure! Gotta try a burger next time.

The restaurant itself is pretty basic -- mostly a bar atmosphere with a smaller dining area. Since we had our kids with us, we chose to sit in the dining section instead of the bar area. Our waitress was fast and friendly and went out of her way to get kids menus printed up so the kids could color. My husband ordered the Corned Beef Sandwich, and I got the Corned Beef Dinty Sandwich. We also split an order of curly fries. For the kids, we ordered the cheeseburger meals and a chicken tender meal. Everything came out quickly, and the food was really good. The sandwiches were huge! Overall, it was a great first visit, and we would definitely return.

It was a day like any other I had gone there. Friendly staff and a much loved sports bar environment smacking of the old mom and pop vibes you can come to expect from many local establishments. The Corned beef is STACKED! You definitely get what you paid for. Slather some horseradish on that puppy and you just got yourself a one way ticket to the gates of the divine. I will also wholeheartedly endorse their onion rings. Crispy and crunchy on the outside that hides glorious onion slices within! I have yet to find another establishment that comes close to their onion rings. If you are craving a corned beef sandwich, well, you might want to head on down to Jimmy Dee's and meet the masters!

Got a huge bread basket that looked empty, when peering in, two small pieces of stale french bread smothered in Saran wrap were visible. Shame all that wasted space. C'mon Gumbo. Don't skimp on the bread. Serve it fresh too! During past dining experiences, the fried shrimp and hushpuppies were much larger. During this visit they were midget sized, like they were "cooking to a price point". That said, Gumbo's always excelled at frying and they tasted great. The fried catfish was dredged in cornmeal and flour. It tasted as good as catfish can taste, considering slimy-stank taste is natural to a bottom feeder and next to impossible to cook out. If you like catfish, gather up a chair, you're in the right place. The gumbo was watery with small dices of sausage and more midget shrimp. The broth had little taste. Mediocre gumbo is a misdemeanor violation. I wrote Gumbo's a ticket on that one. The cajun pasta was very good. In the old days they used bowtie pasta in a thick creamy sauce smacked with Cajun decadence and big ole' shrimps. Today they used penne (not a big deal, but it cheapens the dish) in a disappointly watery sauce with a few midget shrimp. It still tasted good but it quite clear at this point Gumbo's was cooking to a price point. The STAR OF THE SHOW was the shrimp crawfish etouffee. Wow! Thick, creamy, rich gravy with a heavenly base of toasted roux having notes of roasted peanut. They got that one right, midget shrimps and all. I want another bowl NOW! DIATRIBE ALERT: Service wasn't terrible but far from exceptional. The new generation of wait staff expects big tips for mediocre service, like we should should be honored by their presence. I always tip large despite my general grumpiness. Problem is, tipping culture has gotten out of hand. It's become a bottomless pit of greed. Front and back staff with their hands out perpetually. Cash registers programmed to induce tip guilt. Dirty looks for not tipping a carry-out order. CARRY-OUT RULES: If I don't sit down to eat, I ain't tipping your ass. Go back to Nursing School or something like that. Why should the customer pick up the slack for an industry refusing to pay employees a decent wage? SUMMARY: Love the vibe. Like the food. Gumbo's was clearly cooking to a price point. Midget shrimp? Sacriledge. New Orleans ain't like that.

Both apps were enjoyable, but the steam buns could've used more pork. For our entrees, we ordered the almond boneless dunkers and the pork katsu. Both entrees came with rice, which had above average flavor and texture. The katsu was delicious, and is hands down the best dish I've had here. The dunkers were pretty sizable compared to other restaurants' ABC, but the gravy it came with had an unpleasant, metallic taste. Overall, New Age Noodles is a good restaurant. Lasagna 4stars It had been many years since I had dined here. It is kind of in a corner of my area we just don't get to for some reason. One night we couldn't decide where we wanted to dine and we all said hey let's go to Luigi's. Our first visit was amazing when it came to the fettuccine Alfredo with cauliflower noodles. The Alfredo sauce was absolutely delicious and tasty. The bread basket was amazing with little homemade bread rolls. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatball was just disappointing and uneventful . More and more we are finding many of the Italian restaurants we go to have spaghetti and meat sauce that is just not what it used to be. It didn't have any garlic flavor, was very heavy tomato based VERY acidic and the meatball was again just OK. Lasagna was delicious. I asked to add Alfredo sauce on top ,one of my favorite things to do when it comes to lasagna. We returned for a birthday dinner probably just four or five weeks later. Basically we all ordered the same items except for the lasagna. I went for the pizza which was very very very good. The Alfredo with gluten-free noodles were not very good this time. There was so much parsley in it. All you could taste was a dry green flavor, it did not have a great Parmesan flavor, and there was no garlic that we could taste. The chicken was OK. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs I can only explain as being subpar. This time it did taste like tomato paste diluted with tomato sauce, and it was actually the same thickness and flavor of the minestrone soup with very Little meat . The meatball again was just OK. We could pour the liquid sauce off of the plate. Noodles appeared to be drained, it just seemed like the sauce was extremely thin with minimal meat and just minimal flavor. Really not sure if we would return. Inside is a little dated, however well maintained and clean. Our first time dining here we had great service. This second visit, again our server was subpar. When they serve pizza, they put a piece on your plate and serve that to you and then bring the whole pizza to the table. The waitress asked if we wanted Romano cheese on on the food and I said sure. She failed to put Romano cheese on the piece of pizza she herself served to me on a plate. I did not say anything ,and it could have been Me but the two people at the table felt the same way I did, our server just didn't seem invested in our dining experience. We did let our server know about our disappointment with the spaghetti and Alfredo dish. A manager never came to speak with us, they never offered to take anything off of the bill considering my son didn't even eat his spaghetti with meat sauce(where was the meat actually there was not much that could be located). And , the waitress could see how much parsley was in the fettuccine Alfredo. She did ask if they could remake our meals, but we are not very comfortable with sending our meals back to be remade. Removing the spaghetti with meat sauce would've truly been an appropriate move. We did not expect that two whole meals would be removed from the bill being my partner was so hungry he went ahead and ate his birthday dinner ,fettuccine Alfredo.
