When some of the old flooring was removed, we unexpectedly discovered a mold issue and panicked worrying about the unforeseen costs. Luckily, Vartan was completely transparent about the situation, clearly explained the options and costs, and handled the mold remediation and exterior waterproofing quickly and thoroughly. He also leveled the floors, repaired and re-weatherproofed several windows, installed two entirely new windows that have flooded the rooms with warmth and light, and refinished our staircase -- even finding a perfectly matching handrail.
