All our guests are shocked at the transformation to the feel of our home. Get this : The work was completed ahead of schedule! Yes that's right - it does happen in remodelling - but honestly not often. The entire process was executed with near swiss clock precision, scheduling and craftsmanship. The workers showed up on time at every step and it's clear they have a very good relationship with Eric at Skyline so they do their best work on time, every time. It's evident that all the workers are very experienced and know how to execute complex projects like ours. We removed an entire load barring wall dividing the kitchen and living room that had a brick fireplace, and chimney. They removed it all without destroying unintended nearby walls or flooring. Skyline rebuilt the entire ceiling structure, doubled the skylight opening by adding a second skylight, they patched the roof opening, replaced all the utilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and even refurbished our existing 20+ yr old exotic Kempas hardwood flooring to line up like glass with our newly installed kitchen tile flooring. This was a complex job with a lot of challenging details, like custom cabinetry, a 10 foot waterfall Quartzite stone island with utilities on concrete subfloor, and much more. The results speak for themselves. I've done previous work with other contractors but the level of efficiency and professionalism with Skyline made this a smooth project where all the small details are handled well before they become an issue. I'm already planning additional remodel work in other parts of my home with them. Our project was a big project, to us at least. We bought a duplex and took it down to the bones and made it into a single family house in LA. We have heard horror stories of our friends remodel stories and did not want to fall into that trap; as a result we interviewed 11 contractors/companies for our project. The estimates were all over the place! Enter All install - Alex was very through with his questions, he saw our plans (My wife's friend is an Architect, so we had rough plans) made recommendations and challenged us on the flow. We were impressed that he was thinking for us and putting his experience to guide us. e was # 5th contractor at the time we spoke to 6 more and none of them made recommendations that Alex made. After a couple of Months of deliberation over our sketches and re-meeting some contractors, we felt confident Alex/All Install was the one! We signed the contract with him. Alex was very punctual and courteous all in all Alex is AWSOME, his knowledge & demeanor is very professional and patient. (Check out the before and after shots below) I can't say enough amazing and great things about Alex at All Install. He is the best Contractor that I have ever come across. Honest, hard working, dependable, thorough, detail oriented, kind, friendly, clean cut. That covers the basics. His company was such a great discovery for us. We purchase a home in September and decided to renovate the entire house except for two of the three bathrooms. It was a BIG job. Alex came out to our house for a FREE walkthrough of our home and listened intently to all of our crazy ideas and plans. He was so considerate and enthusiastic, which REALLY made us feel comfortable as we were total newbies with this being the first home that we had ever purchased. Alex spent about 2 hours with us. It was amazing. A few days later he gave us the estimate for basically redoing the entire house and lets just say it was WAY, WAY less than the other two estimates we got! We thought it was too good to be true!! It wasn't! Alex came through for us in every way! He even hung the TV's on the walls for us at no extra fee. He said it was his "House warming gift to us" We ended up using Alex and the great guys at All Install and the work got started immediately. The guys were consistent and never missed a day of work.
