The gorganzola had just enough bite to be present without it overpowering the other flavours. The gnocchi was a bit soft but I could tell it was home made. The arrabiatta had soft delicate peppery notes lingering in the smooth tomato sauce. The penne was cooked perfectly. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and they knew the menu well. Well presented and very well spoken. The wait time was average. I don't mean that in a negative way - it was neither long nor short. The place was fairly busy and they got our food out in a respectable time. We would definitely come here again. Might try the pizza next time.

Additionally, the V mango mojitos were the right balance and quenches our long walk induced thirst. The fried kibbeh were next, piping hot and delicious. For the entree portion, we shared the large and plentiful lamb shank tagine (broth was solid and the lamb shank was melt in your mouth good) and the chicken shish kebab (the sauce and marination was exceptional). Both were presented very nicely. The chicken was exceptional and the tagine was very flavorful. We ended the night wuite appropriately with some nice, piping hot tea. Overall, the meal was a very memorable part of my Sydney trip - definitely recommend the food, ambiance, and the smooth dinner experience.

I'll have to say, the service was really good. The man there makes you feel really welcomed and it's like you've stepped into his home kitchen. I like this type of personal attention and this was only our first time here.
