Given the symptoms, we thought I might have to replace my blower fan. At noon today, I got notice that Mike was on the way to look at the problem. At 12:30, Mike arrives. At 12:35, we're both looking at the furnace while he takes the blower fan cover off. At 12:37, he has diagnosed that the fan isn't dying or dead, but that it has shifted in its mounting bracket, making the fan blades hit the enclosure. SUPERB AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm.
