I selected Dryer Ducks based on a referral from the company who maintains my furnace, whose owner said Dryer Ducks was who he'd have clean the ducts at his own house. The technician who came to my house was very courteous, amenable, experienced & professional. Communication between myself and their company was excellent, including their willingness to respond to my last-minute request that they come 1 hour later than initially scheduled to do their work. And while not bargain-basement "cheap," the charges were reasonable, especially considering the excellent service I received. (Sometimes you get what you pay for.) Dryer Ducks performed at a stellar level on all criteria! Their technician Michael is most polite, considerate and knowledgeable young man you could ever hope to meet. My husband and I bought an older home (1954 construction) from sellers who neglected basic maintenance. I was fully expecting a more than $300 bill. To my surprise and to Michael's the ducting was relatively clean. He believes the contractor who remodeled in 2008 probably cleaned the ducts, at that time. He didn't see the need to clean the whole system. As a result the bill was $99 plus tax. Tiffany, their office person, is a total sweetheart as well. read more

Several years ago we almost had a dryer fire and now we are very vigilant about cleaning it - something most of us don't think twice about as we go about our busy lives. This is the 2nd time we have used Dryer Ducks. Sam was on time and performed a dryer vent inspection, which vents out our room, at no charge, stating that we could probably go another year before a dryer vent cleaning. Dryer Ducks cleaned my windows and they have never been cleaner! They were extremely thorough and careful and went around twice conducting spot checks after they had already cleaned the windows. I purchased a new washer and dryer and it was recommended that I get my dryer ducts cleaned before installing new appliances. I made the appointment and received a text that he was on his way and showed up on time. Sam was friendly and cleaned up the area and installed a cover outside. Very polite and thorough! They had text updates that helped communicate arrival and schedule times. The technician that did the duct work explained what he saw, and gave insight on how the duct work was set up. Dryer Ducks has a mobile cleaning vacuum that did the job! My furnace was located where those negative pressure machines couldn't reach so this was a great alternative. read more

I am very impressed with the improved airflow of the heating/cooling system after having Dryer Ducks clean the ductwork. They are using a HEPA vacuum unit (negative air) which sucks up the dirt and debris and I prefer using this system versus the system which blows out air (positive air) through the ductwork.
