Honest, helpful, competitive, knowledgeable. We are going to paint our house and were wondering what to do with wrong color gutters. Tanner came out to estimate the day after I called. The estimate was where he demonstrated his values and focus on doing what's best for customers and community. He told me our gutters were in great shape, explained the use of wedges to improve gutter capacity/flow, explained the process of removing/reinstalling gutters, and shared how to paint my current gutters in place. I will follow his advice to paint the gutters in place saving me over $1200 while Rainman's owner, Tanner, only gets the satisfaction of helping a homeowner and living up to his values. read more

Rainman gutters does not do the gutter repair we needed. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and gave me a name of someone to call. If I needed new gutters, I would call them! read more

I was using Bartlett Roofing and asked them to refer me to a gutter installation company. They suggested Rainman. I am very happy that they did. Tanner Rasmussen came over and talked with me about replacing my gutters. He had some great suggestions that I hadn't even considered and I want to thank him for that. He had a fairly large choice of colors to choose from and we were able to match our existing color scheme really close. The crew of 3 were very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my questions while they worked. They were very efficient and quick and I am really happy with the job that they did. My neighbors are also! I highly recommend Rainman Seamless Gutters. read more

Rainman was fantastic to deal with. Communication was fantastic. Service was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Their gutters are great and they installed In a timely fashion and did a fine job. They also have some of the best prices in town, which is the only reason why I stayed with them after my initial experience with their sales rep. The reason for this three-star review and not a five is because when the sales rep came to our house to survey the property, within 30 seconds he pointed out that he didn't recognize our telephone prefix. I told him it was California and I've just never gotten around to changing it. He then proceeded to say that it would be in my best interest to change my prefix because people in Spokane really don't like Californians very much at all. I turned around and I asked him why is that - already knowing the low intelligence responses that float around the town - And he rambled on about how us California's are ruining the city and raising property values and causing homelessness, which I told him doesn't even make sense. He was proud enough to inform me that he's a lifelong spokanean and he's watched the city go downhill "All because of the Californians". He then was telling me how someone he knows who lives on lake Coeur d'Alene whose property value has almost doubled in the last 10 years... Huh? What is that have to do with me in Spokane? This was really the dumbest debate I've ever had since moving here 6 years ago. I didn't ask for this conversation and I was ready to tell him to take a hike. It's guys like him that give Spokane a bad name. And then he was rambling on about politics and he's sick of what's going on in this country. While I agreed with him in some ways, that's not why he's at my house! I kept trying to steer him back to the gutters and then he was talking about punishment for sex offenders and ask me why I'm not stomping my feet in anger like he is. He literally was asking me this. I told him I've got better things in life to worry about then some stuff that will never affect me. He almost seemed exasperated with me because I wouldn't join him in this frustration he apparently got himself into. I so wanted to just tell him to take off and I'll go find another company and then call the Rainman Management and report this clown, but the truth is is that they have done a third of the houses on my street and it is a good job and I think that they actually worthy lowest price in town. So truth be told, if you're there for gutters, hire rain Man gutters. Just hopefully you won't get this irritable sales rep and if you do, just put him in his place. read more

This is the second house we have had Rainman install gutters on. They are always responsive, reliable and value oriented. The estimate was great. Representative came out and shared options and discussed what we wanted. We got rain chains and are so pleased with the look of them. The house looks great. The installations team was fantastic. They came out and were so respectful of our home and property. Neat, clean and picked up after themselves. After, they made sure I understood our warranty and that I was satisfied with their services. i love this company. They are so reliable. read more

I hired Frank because I had water issues in my garage. Frank quoted me a very good price and said he be able to get to me in 2 to 3 weeks. Rainman Seamless Rain Gutters was one of many companies we contacted when looking for someone to work on our home. We recently moved to Spokane and our house did not have gutters which was a project we wanted completed before the weather changed. Rick and his team did a fantastic job on our home. They were very responsive which made communication a breeze! Kris was very professional and thorough when doing the estimate for our home. One of the reasons why we chose this company was his knowledge and input. He addressed all our questions and gave his professional opinion on the gutters. He let us know what was needed, why, and how it worked. The estimate was sent over very quickly in less than 24hrs with two options we can chose from. With almost immediate response to phone calls and E-Mails- We were able to get the gutter installation done the following week! An added bonus is the warranty that they provide. In summation, Rainman Seamless Rain Gutters was the perfect choice for us. The quote they provided was in the middle of the other companies and with how quick and accurate they work- it was worth it. They were able to come install the gutters even when nobody was home and we couldn't be more proud. If there is anything we need in this category we would definitely contact them again. read more

Top notch service. I saw they came recommended in our local community fb group, so I called for a quote and they came out same day! When we decided to schedule, they were quick to get us a date. Today was the day, they showed up exactly on time, they were polite, and got the job done quickly. The gutters look amazing! They color matched perfectly. Highly recommend these guys. read more

I've got to say that these guys were ON it. From initial contact, to meeting for quote, quote delivery, scheduling, installation, and billing. A vast difference from what I'm generally used to. It's difficult to get contractors to show up at all. I appreciate the quick turn-around. I didn't spend ANY time chancing my tail with these guys. I picked the right guys for the job. The gutters not only look good, but work as designed. I'm super happy. read more

They did a good job on the gutters but do not get the rain chain through them. They used a crimped down spout for the head of the chain. More water comes from the edges then comes down the chain. Called them about it and they claimed that they buy parts from the manufacturer. Every rain chain I have seen there is a special adapter for the chain. Go with them for the gutters and that's it. read more

We live out of state and after online research discovered Rainman. From the initial phone conversation with Dani, to the estimator that called to discuss the project and options to even speaking with the owner....A+. The price was comparable with other gutter companies that install 4" aluminum gutters and they provide 5" steel that will hold up much better with hard winters. Work was done on time and left the home exterior clean. Rainman also provides a warranty which other contractors did not offer. The detailed estimate, drawings and warranties were all email as promised. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend Rainman. We will be using Rainman for rental properties and new construction on the future. read more

Great job! My moms' house looks so much better and we love the new gutters and rain chain! Easy to work with and schedule. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly! The color was matched perfectly to our existing trim, and the gutters look beautiful and blend right in with the house. They do warranty their work. The winter after we had them installed, one section began to separate from the house. I called. They apologized and said they had a new crew member when they did our installation and he may have overtightened the fasteners. They came out the very next day and checked/replaced the screws all the way around the house. That was winter 2016. Everything has been just perfect since. read more

Excellent job! Despite an obstacle that wasn't planned for, they finished the job and I'm very happy with the workmanship! Thanks guys!

Our new deck was too close to house. Rainman came through with a special 2 1/2 inch gutter. Our quote was prompt and even being in Hayden Idaho they worked with someone to come up with our gutter. I just can't say how much this company impressed me. We had torrential downpour and we are dry as we have covered deck!!!!! Because it is small we have to run hose down cutter more to keep clean but no big deal. I just want to highly recommend this compay. Rick is a dream come true to work with. read more
