Their gutters are great and they installed In a timely fashion and did a fine job. They also have some of the best prices in town, which is the only reason why I stayed with them after my initial experience with their sales rep. The reason for this three-star review and not a five is because when the sales rep came to our house to survey the property, within 30 seconds he pointed out that he didn't recognize our telephone prefix. I told him it was California and I've just never gotten around to changing it. He then proceeded to say that it would be in my best interest to change my prefix because people in Spokane really don't like Californians very much at all. I turned around and I asked him why is that - already knowing the low intelligence responses that float around the town - And he rambled on about how us California's are ruining the city and raising property values and causing homelessness, which I told him doesn't even make sense. He was proud enough to inform me that he's a lifelong spokanean and he's watched the city go downhill "All because of the Californians". He then was telling me how someone he knows who lives on lake Coeur d'Alene whose property value has almost doubled in the last 10 years... Huh? What is that have to do with me in Spokane? This was really the dumbest debate I've ever had since moving here 6 years ago. I didn't ask for this conversation and I was ready to tell him to take a hike. It's guys like him that give Spokane a bad name. And then he was rambling on about politics and he's sick of what's going on in this country. While I agreed with him in some ways, that's not why he's at my house! I kept trying to steer him back to the gutters and then he was talking about punishment for sex offenders and ask me why I'm not stomping my feet in anger like he is. He literally was asking me this. I told him I've got better things in life to worry about then some stuff that will never affect me. He almost seemed exasperated with me because I wouldn't join him in this frustration he apparently got himself into. I so wanted to just tell him to take off and I'll go find another company and then call the Rainman Management and report this clown, but the truth is is that they have done a third of the houses on my street and it is a good job and I think that they actually worthy lowest price in town. So truth be told, if you're there for gutters, hire rain Man gutters. Just hopefully you won't get this irritable sales rep and if you do, just put him in his place. read more

I hired Frank because I had water issues in my garage. Frank quoted me a very good price and said he be able to get to me in 2 to 3 weeks. The next day the weather predicted heavy rain and Frank called me and said I am going to stop over today and get the garage done so the rain doesn't make it worse. They did a good job on the gutters but do not get the rain chain through them. They used a crimped down spout for the head of the chain. More water comes from the edges then comes down the chain. Called them about it and they claimed that they buy parts from the manufacturer. Every rain chain I have seen there is a special adapter for the chain. Go with them for the gutters and that's it. read more

From the initial phone conversation with Dani, to the estimator that called to discuss the project and options to even speaking with the owner....A+. The price was comparable with other gutter companies that install 4" aluminum gutters and they provide 5" steel that will hold up much better with hard winters. Work was done on time and left the home exterior clean. Rainman also provides a warranty which other contractors did not offer. What a great experience! They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly! The color was matched perfectly to our existing trim, and the gutters look beautiful and blend right in with the house. They do warranty their work. The winter after we had them installed, one section began to separate from the house. I called. They apologized and said they had a new crew member when they did our installation and he may have overtightened the fasteners. Our new deck was too close to house. Rainman came through with a special 2 1/2 inch gutter. Our quote was prompt and even being in Hayden Idaho they worked with someone to come up with our gutter. I just can't say how much this company impressed me. We had torrential downpour and we are dry as we have covered deck!!!!! Because it is small we have to run hose down cutter more to keep clean but no big deal. I just want to highly recommend this compay. Rick is a dream come true to work with. read more
