Klean Kata has been cleaning our windows for a few years. Ryan is very responsive when scheduling, sends reminders, arrives on time, and most importantly, does a fantastic job! We have never been disappointed. We only clean our windows once a year and the build up can be quite difficult but Ryan's process has them looking bright and clean for months. He uses a special rinse that repels spots from occurring for months. He's also a great value compared to other companies. read more

We have a two-story home that we moved into over 2 years ago. The windows were dirty when we moved in and of course have gotten dirtier since. I finally pulled the trigger on whole house window cleaning, in and out. Wow! What an enormous difference! I had called two other companies in the Spokane area and Ryan at Klean Kata got back to me right away. I still haven't heard from the other guys. The technician was super nice and respectful of our home. He accommodated us as we had to use some of our rooms while he was here (husband had to take a call in his office, son sucked into a show, etc). He also pointed out a few windows where the seals were broken. We knew about this but I appreciated it anyway. He recommended a reasonable schedule for upkeep. I plan to use Klean Kata year-round now. Give these guys a chance if you are thinking about having your windows cleaned. You won't be disappointed! read more

We have used Klean Kata two years now, and are extremely pleased with them. Last year they pressure washed our vinyl siding, cleaned our gutters, and washed our windows. This year windows only, as they did such a great job last year on the siding and gutters that they still look great! Our home is chalet style with 23' open beamed ceiling, a whole wall of angled windows and they do a terrific job! They are prompt, on time, do not stop for breaks or chit-chat, they just work through the job. Fair price. Good job Ryan, and Jessie! We highly recommend them to our friends. read more
