Sam came out some weeks ago to do a walk through and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the appointment for 8:30 this morning. He never showed up. I called and he seemed not to know who I was. When he finally remembered, he told me how busy he was -- just drowning as he put it -- how his helper walked out on him, etc. I heard this same story when he was here for the estimate. I chose not to reschedule with him. read more

After repeatedly calling the company i had previously used with zero response, I took to yelp. I am so happy to have found Sam with All Star. As others have said, he's well priced, very reliable and did a FAR more thorough job than I've ever seen. I highly recommend! read more

Very accommodating with my schedule I had embarrassingly dirty windows on one side. He worked on a hot day in direct sun for hours. He is meticulous, used the hose outside, doesn't bug you for water and stuff, wears covers on his shoes, vacuums ledges, gives advice. Level-headed nice guy. So much more light in the house! read more

I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but I was really impressed by Samuel who is the owner of All Star Windows. He; - Came by when he said he would to give us a free quote - Gave us a very fair price to clean all of our windows - Again, showed up when he said he would to clean out windows - Spent time cleaning the windows to make sure he did a good job - Made sure to clean up Everything before he left - And, he was a pleasure to have around (i.e., not creepy at all) Thanks Samuel. See you next time we have our windows cleaned. read more

Sam did an awesome job washing all of our solar panels which were super dirty after a big renovation. He also cleaned all our windows, screens, and 20 foot high skylights. He was really professional and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Sam - we will have him back for sure! read more

Sam was great. Arrived promptly, provided a very fair bid and got straight to it. He really seems to care about the quality of his work and it shows. He was very nice and trustworthy and did all of the work himself rather then throwing a couple random guys on the job as others do. Highly recommended. read more

Called Sam and he was out in a half hour for an estimate. Did all the windows the next day in a very thorough and professional manner.

Sam, did a great job. We had just finished a remodel of our downstairs. Our windows were terribly dirty and we kept waiting because of Covid. We finally just got tired of looking through dirty windows and called these guys. I'm so happy I did, they showed up on time and just did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. What really impressed me was that before he left he told me if you see any smudges after I leave just give me a call and I'll come back. Well I didn't think he would actually come back. But there was one window that had a few small smudges that he couldn't see because the way the sun was when he was cleaning it. I called him and to my amazement he called me back and asked what time do you want me there tomorrow I told him 9 o'clock. He was there At 9 AM the next morning. I highly recommend Sam the window washer. read more

I cannot recommend Sam enough. We were having our home photographed to put on the market so I called him. He came out right away to give me a quote which was very reasonable. He then came out that afternoon to start the work, knowing we had a deadline to meet to have the home ready for photos. He did meticulous work on our numerous paned and leaded glass windows. I trusted him in our home and he was very kind to our little dog who followed him around the house while he worked. He was very cautious about cleaning up after himself as well. We will definitely use him again and I would not hesitate to recommend him. read more
