Need moss removed from your roof? Gutters cleaned? Other power washing services? I highly recommend Keeping it Clean Moss Removal. I saw this crew clearing moss off of my neighbor's steep roof and then cleaning his gutters. I snagged a bid and hired them on the spot. They had another job nearby on the South Hill, but said they could return in 3 hours. That gave me time to check the L&I website and their reviews. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and customers seem very pleased with their services. They returned right on time. Jeremy owns the company and is a perfectionist. He had a crew of 3 men . . . all polite, personable, courteous, with a good sense of humor. They take safety seriously . . . they were careful and secured the ladder for each other (and for me). I am a retired woman. One of my neighbors reprimanded me for climbing up on my roof, but these guys took it in stride and looked out for my safety as if I were part of the team. They protected my plants, laid plenty of tarps over the concrete and were respectful of my property. Their work was flawless and the clean-up was just as meticulous. They power washed the house, my deck, and the portion of the fence that received "splatter" as well as the driveway, sidewalk, and front steps. They even power washed around the curb. (Honestly, my only concern is that they may raise my neighbors expectations, because when they left, everything looked better than when they arrived.) Would I hire them again? Absolutely. Not only did they do a marvelous job, I can honestly say that the whole experience was fun. read more

Jeremy was happy to discuss my relatively small job, and give a quote, over the phone. Then he and the crew were both professional and personable in carefully cleaning our gutter and thoroughly removing the debris. Highly recommended! read more

I had a large moss build up and was concerned about roof damage on my 23-year-old shingles from pressure washing. Many of my neighbors have needed to replace their roofs before now. Keeping It Clean's equipment is far superior to others because their truck heats the high-pressure water and the sprayer wand has three nozzles which reduces the pressure actually sprayed on the roof to prevent damage, but it also delivers a high volume of water to rinse it clean. They tarped everything protecting my plants from the large amount of moss that was removed. They also cleaned the house siding. Again, with no damage to paint or caulking. And they cleaned up everything before they left. Jeremy & Jason did a really great job! My roof and siding are clean with no damage. I highly recommend them! read more

Jeremy arrived on time. He made a courtesy call before coming to let me know he was on his way. He did an awesome job in a quick and efficient manor. He even did a cleanup of the moss he removed, dispite me telling him no worries I would do the cleanup myself. Friendly, courteous, hard working, I would definately rehire him for my next moss removal job! I definately scored by making calls, doing my research, and choosing KEEPING IT CLEAN MOSS REMOVAL to do the job! Thanks again Jeremy! read more

Jeremy is a man of his word: he is reliable, is present on the job site, and left our property better than he found it. Jeremy and his crew arrived on time, and were clearly conscientious in their work. Moss was removed without chemicals, and hauled away. House siding also was renewed with a good cleaning. These guys do a great job every time! They are on time, detailed and leave the job cleaner than before.

I saw an ad in the paper for moss removal and went online to fill out the quote request form. Jeremy connected with me within hours and came right out to give me a bid and said they would do it as soon as the weather would allow (it was December). He got back to me one month later because the weather had warmed up enough, set appointment. They came and removed all the moss from my roof, cleaned the gutters, removed all the stain spots and mold from my home siding and vinyl fencing. Everything looks brand new, like it did when we built the home 15 years ago! And the price was so much lower than others. They were quick and professional, made sure I inspected everything before they left. Very satisfied and highly recommend! read more

Very pleased with Keep it Clean. They took the moss of my very missy roof, cleaned up afterward, and charged a reasonable price. It is clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction. They even moved my garbage can so it would be picked up while they were working. Then they moved it back after it was picked up. Friendly guys, too. I highly recommend them. read more

Outstanding contractor - Timely, efficient, professional equipment, and thorough. Right on time, accomplished all he said, roof looks outstanding, house clean and windows much brighter with no paint damage, clean and the preservation technology does improve overall appearance. Longevity, only time will tell as relatively new product (4 years) but science makes sense. They cleaned up better than any other contractor. Just straight out OUTSTANDING. read more

Our roof was looking very bad with moss covering about 25% of the 3000 square foot steeply pitched surface in Sandpoint. Jeremy gave me a quote range on the phone after Googling the house on his computer and we set up a time and date for the job to be done. The crew of 3 workers including Jeremy called about an hour prior to their arrival, showed up, and did a great job for the quoted price. My house now makes me proud to be a homeowner again! I recommend Keeping It Clean Moss Removal to you too. read more

We knew nothing about Keeping It Clean, but Jeremy, the Original Moss Boss, stopped by our house one day and gave us a flyer about the services he provides. He cleans roofs, rain gutters, siding, docks; interior/ exterior paint & stain; as well as spring and fall cleanup. We had done most everything already, but the exterior of our house badly needed cleaning, and we thought we'd give him a try. We're certainly glad we did. Jeremy was very personable. His price was very reasonable (we had checked with others who had quoted higher prices) and he arrived promptly on the designated day. It was cold that day, but he did a great job. After he pressure washed our vinyl siding, I noticed that my windows were super clean as well. I thought I would have to clean them, but Jeremy took care of them as well. Great work and super guy. read more
