I saw this crew clearing moss off of my neighbor's steep roof and then cleaning his gutters. I snagged a bid and hired them on the spot. They had another job nearby on the South Hill, but said they could return in 3 hours. That gave me time to check the L&I website and their reviews. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and customers seem very pleased with their services. They returned right on time. Jeremy owns the company and is a perfectionist. He had a crew of 3 men . . . all polite, personable, courteous, with a good sense of humor. They take safety seriously . . . they were careful and secured the ladder for each other (and for me). I am a retired woman. One of my neighbors reprimanded me for climbing up on my roof, but these guys took it in stride and looked out for my safety as if I were part of the team. They protected my plants, laid plenty of tarps over the concrete and were respectful of my property. Their work was flawless and the clean-up was just as meticulous. They power washed the house, my deck, and the portion of the fence that received "splatter" as well as the driveway, sidewalk, and front steps. They even power washed around the curb. (Honestly, my only concern is that they may raise my neighbors expectations, because when they left, everything looked better than when they arrived.) Would I hire them again? Absolutely. I had a large moss build up and was concerned about roof damage on my 23-year-old shingles from pressure washing. Many of my neighbors have needed to replace their roofs before now. Keeping It Clean's equipment is far superior to others because their truck heats the high-pressure water and the sprayer wand has three nozzles which reduces the pressure actually sprayed on the roof to prevent damage, but it also delivers a high volume of water to rinse it clean. They tarped everything protecting my plants from the large amount of moss that was removed. They also cleaned the house siding. Again, with no damage to paint or caulking. I saw an ad in the paper for moss removal and went online to fill out the quote request form. Jeremy connected with me within hours and came right out to give me a bid and said they would do it as soon as the weather would allow (it was December). He got back to me one month later because the weather had warmed up enough, set appointment. They came and removed all the moss from my roof, cleaned the gutters, removed all the stain spots and mold from my home siding and vinyl fencing. We knew nothing about Keeping It Clean, but Jeremy, the Original Moss Boss, stopped by our house one day and gave us a flyer about the services he provides. He cleans roofs, rain gutters, siding, docks; interior/ exterior paint & stain; as well as spring and fall cleanup. We had done most everything already, but the exterior of our house badly needed cleaning, and we thought we'd give him a try. We're certainly glad we did. Jeremy was very personable. His price was very reasonable (we had checked with others who had quoted higher prices) and he arrived promptly on the designated day. It was cold that day, but he did a great job. After he pressure washed our vinyl siding, I noticed that my windows were super clean as well. I thought I would have to clean them, but Jeremy took care of them as well.
