The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days.
