While hard to find, it's worth it. Good sandwiches in a spacious minimalist environment. Prices are fine and service fast and efficient.

It wa suggested I try this place after I told a story about my bagel experience in NY and why I was skeptical about eating bagels in Dallas as I was afraid of the disappointment. No disappoint here, The service has been great each time I've been and this will continue to be my go to for a good Lox bagel sandwich.

Also check! Busy every morning? Triple check! The only thing that could make Sclafani's any better is if there was one on every street corner. 10/10, five stars, and one gold star to boot. I'll be coming back when I run out of my dozen bagels I bought. Update 1: Customers should know this: Sclafani's does not give their employees the tips left on credit card transactions. That's extremely disappointing. The staff here is the backbone of this place -- they work through nonstop lines and keep things running smoothly, and they deserve every tip customers leave for them. If you come here, tip in cash so the hardworking team actually receives what they've earned. Management needs to fix this. Update 2: The bagels at Sclafani's are fantastic, but their tipping system is misleading. Even though employees elect to include tips in a flat pay rate, offering a credit card tip option gives customers the impression that the money goes directly to staff which it does not. If they cannot pass tips directly to employees, they should either turn off the tipping option or clearly explain how tips are handled. Right now it feels deceptive to customers.

Clean and well laid out, this little food establishment has the right recipe for success. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell they knew how to treat customers right. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. One of the first questions was "have you dined with us before?" I said no, and the helpful staff led me through some wonderful options. From the reviews, I knew I had to try the lemon chicken Farro soup. I also ordered half of a turkey avocado salsa Verde sandwich. The combination was fantastic. The chicken broth soup with farro, spinach, chicken and carrots was delicious. I purchased two more bowls to go. The turkey sandwich was freshly sliced turkey, cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and a very light mayonnaise type dressing. It was grilled like a Panini making it warm, fresh, and delicious. I've already told my husband we will be going back again this week. I had a chance to visit with one of the staff and they told me a little bit about expansion plans for the chain. I'm looking forward to seeing more open in Texas. Definitely a great place for lunch or dinner. Order at the counter and then scan the QR code at your table with the number on your receipt. Staff will bring your food to you. How easy is that? It looks like they also have a large pick up business. I can see living nearby and doing that frequently. Multiple locations in the Dallas area. Give them a try. I feel confident you will like it as much as I did.

The bread maketh the pizza and they bloody well nailed it , that thin crust is about as good as it gets , so much so that our second pizza was bit burnt but I couldn't care less. Margherita at Pizzeria Testa (Frisco) is still unbeaten for authenticity and flavor but this slightly sweeter city cousin with the thin crust is a worthy contender. Overall Carina might have the safest menu in DFW as every pie is within touching distance of your personal favorite whatever that maybe..Keep it up guys, and shout out to the owner for keeping my kid in good spirits even when he was busy explaining to everyone why they should try the meatballs to attain inner peace ..Lastly when you are a hole in the wall joint punching above its weight , I don't care about the ambience , it was clean and functional. That's it

I saw…read morethat this place sells pizza squares and I wanted to see how they compared to other pizza squares I've tried here in DFW. The person at the counter, which I assume is the owner, was very knowledgeable and informative when telling me about their specials and how they make their pizza and sandwiches! I was a little overwhelmed at first but stuck to my main mission of trying their pizza squares. I ended up ordering the all cups square and a meatball square to go. If you order two slices and eat it at the restaurant then you also get a free soda. I enjoyed both slices, the pepperoni being my favorite. The sourdough is prominent in the crust and brought the whole slice together. The meatball square was also great, it is made with a vodka sauce, meatballs, and pesto. He highly recommended I try the thin pizza or sandwiches and I will definitely be back to give those a try. The place also had a very warm ambiance to it and it felt like the guy at the counter genuinely cared about every customer that walked through the door. Parking here was easy but only because I was able to find a spot right in front of the place. There is also street parking and a parking garage nearby at the Target.
