    Chef Endo

Best Omakase in Las Vegas and deserves Michelin Stars! Chef Endo is a chef's chef and deserves all the praise and accolades he receives.

With meticulous preparation, Chef Endo (also the owner) and his team invite guests into Mr. Endo's whimsical and deeply personal culinary world. Nearly everything, down to the sparkling water, is sourced from Japan. Select elements--most notably the ultra-premium A5 Wagyu Hannari beef and handcrafted ceramic vessels--are imported directly from Kyoto, underscoring the intention and craftsmanship behind every detail and making the experience worth every penny. My favorite dish was the homemade tofu with bonito flakes, a seemingly simple course that showcased extraordinary depth and balance. I especially enjoyed the multi-phase presentation used throughout the meal. In several courses, guests are asked to taste the dish first in its pure form, then again after a complementary sauce is added. Experiencing the contrast between the two was both thoughtful and adventurous, highlighting how subtle changes can transform a dish entirely. The restaurant offers two seatings per night, with only six guests per seating, creating an intimate and immersive atmosphere. Chef Endo is relatively shy, yet he warmly welcomes guests into his world through exceptional cuisine and a carefully curated experience. Service is impeccable, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Reservations are invitation-only and coordinated via text. This is a restaurant to watch closely--and one that should undoubtedly be on the radar when Michelin returns to Las Vegas in 2026.

This review is based on my visit on 12/14/24. A dinner at Endo is a singular experience - not from the standpoint that you'd do it only once, but from the standpoint of being exceptionally stellar. All of my senses were delighted over the course of 2 hours, in which we were treated with one stunning dish after the other. Fresh tofu with aged bonito flakes, an assortment of appetizers, a perfectly cooked piece of fish, sashimi presented like precious jewels on exquisite plates, perfectly cooked ankimo, amazing Wagyu from a prefecture in Japan served in very selected locations in the US, an impressive pot of rice festively adorned with uni and salmon roe, ending with an incredibly light and creamy chestnut dessert that just defies explanation. Endo is an absolute splurge. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it an incredible value given the high degree of artistry, quality of ingredients, gorgeous ambiance, and incredible level of service? Also yes. 10/10 recommend, and I am already thinking about a repeat visit for a different season.

The best dinner I've had in Las Vegas! Went to ENDO for my birthday, and we had such an amazing, intimate dinner with incredible food and thoughtful attention to detail. The experience felt magical, complete with a little surprise that made the night extra special. The staff was friendly and attentive, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were even more impressive. Some of my personal favorites were: hanari (elegant) beef, uni mousse, and the unagi/foie gras skewer. Truly amazing from start to finish!

All the food is incredibly delicious. It's like watching an entertainment show when Mr. Endo cooking. The only 6 seats make us in so a special situation and precious time! Service is great! Their performance was outstanding, and without question Ambience also! Yes, It is a pricey restaurant but it's worth visiting there! You won't regret and you will be able to have a fabulous time with newly discovered foods and will enjoy with new matching fresh ingredients(I mean Seasonal food). You will be happy and excited in an infinite taste! It is Mr.Endo's Endless Pursuit of a Taste!

Absolutely the ultimate experience, and I'm Japanese. The impeccable attentions to details, the perfect flavor profile with superb palate, the flawlessly orchestrated course in museum worthy plates. The total experience type course meal, the chefs will be cooking every dish right in front of you. Both your palate and visual will be completely satisfied. Everything is topnotch and no comprimise. Yes, I would LOVE to visit again, maybe to reward myself once a year! Go try, you will see what the real superb leveled meal is like.

It's hard to express in words just how incredible the omakase experience was at Endo. Every aspect from the esthetics of the establishment to the meticulous detail of every course was out of this world               Be prepared!              It used to be membership only. They only seat 4 pairs, no single reservations, 8 seats, & I had to drop Philip Tzeng's (( @lasvegasfill )) name 3-months back! When he posted about this experience, I immediately started planning. Everything is handled over text, & pro tip, take Uber because the parking lot is tiny. There's multiple award winners in the same place. Get there early if you want to see the architecture, & make sure to check out the bathroom for the fanciest toilet you'll ever see. No, it's not made of gold, but it's the most advanced I've ever used‼              Select your company wisely!              Getting to share this with the beautifully talented author, influencer, & long time friend Samantha March (( @marchbeautyword )) made the night. Hell when we first became friends back at Tuscan University, she basically only ate nuggies. All grown up! A feast like this should have the communication to match, & I'm forever grateful for having the night I needed for far too long. Now about the feast‼              Like I said, I can't point to a single aspect of this that stood out more than the rest, every component was flawless. If you've never been, there's a surprise you're not allowed to capture when you select your chopsticks & holder. Like Harry Potter selecting his wand, I picked the red chopsticks & paired them with a rubber ducky. They didn't have an owl. I've had A5 before but the farm they selected, & preparation techniques yielded the most unique buttery pieces of meat I've ever had. The soups were robust, full flavored, & trust me when I say you have enough courses to be full. They sent us home with goodie bags. I always fight to save room for dessert. This one is          Chef Mitsuo Desu is a legend‼

Honestly one of the best if not the best meal I've had! I have had other omakase experiences (including KAME) and, while others had equally luxurious ingredients, none other has actually tasted so good or been prepared as masterfully. And it was much more filling than I was expecting. Absolutely worth it for a special occasion or just to experience the meal of a lifetime!

Amazing experience. Each dish was so delicious it was hard for me to pick one. The ingredients were shown to you and prepared in front of you, so you knew exactly what you were eating. Everyone was also very nice and friendly, with a peaceful environment. I left with a happy belly and a happy heart. I definitely recommend this, so get reservations as soon as possible.

Beautiful experience, great atmosphere, attentive chef, assistant chefs, and servers. The food was delicious and you definitely won't leave feeling underserved! Lots of different textures, tastes, colors. The crockery was beautiful and oh so shiny! Such beautiful presentation. Definitely a place to take people you'd want to impress.

We were very pleased and happy my daughter found this restaurant on Yelp while we were in Vegas!…read more The reviews did not disappoint us or let us down! There was some major construction in the neighborhood, so it took us in circles but we finally arrived! The restaurant is quaint and located in a strip mall. Parking was crazy, and we had quite a few panhandlers walk up to us as we waited outside for our table. The restaurant is smaller but extremely crowded. Many patrons were dining there, and we can understand why. We ordered a variety of dishes, appetizers and desserts. Each one was fresh and had great flavoring! We did not order the AYCE. We ordered several rolls and they were 5/5. The rice was fresh and so was the fish. There were not any aftertaste or seaside smells at all. They didn't overcompensate by drowning the rules in sauces. You can actually taste everything which was very refreshing. The muscles were cooked properly. They were not overcooked or undercooked. They were not too watery like most places. They actually used real missago. The only thing that I would suggest is to maybe spend a little bit more time cleaning the shells. We ordered several appetizers such as the taoyaki, tempura, edamame and a few others. I love the way the temper was nice and crispy on the outside and the shrimp was still tender and fully cooked. The edamame was not watered down and had the right amount of salt. The taiyaki actually had chunks of octopus and not just smush seafood and sauce in the middle. The desserts were okay, we asked for green tea but they gave us something different. The tempora fried ice cream was a little too battered. The service was pretty good even though they were extremely busy. They did come and check on us a couple of times and we did have to wave them down a few times. However they were friendly and definitely did respond to us when we asked for additional items. We definitely do not have any complaints about this restaurant. We will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend it.

Despite arriving before open, they had a line out of the door for take-out onigiri. The restaurant is quaint, resembling any classic hole-in-the-wall in Japan. I've visited several times, and my boyfriend lived in Okinawa for years, so we were very impressed. The line is long because of how tight the store is. There was a great selection, and we watched them continuously restocking. They give you a basket and you have fun making your selections. They were all tasty. Our favorites being the classic tuna, spicy tuna, and wagyu onigiri. It is take-out only, so we enjoyed them in the car. It was an authentic, tasty, and fun lunchtime experience. We cannot wait to be back! Note: they open take out at 1130, and not the listed 12.

We got there around 11:15 a.m. even though they didn't open until 12 p.m. My group ended up making the second round of seating and didn't get seated until about 1.5 hours later, but it was manageable since we could just put our name and number down and get a text when our table was ready. The downside was that by the time we were seated, all the onigiri had already sold out. Next time, I'd definitely recommend getting in line early to grab the onigiri first and then coming back when your table is ready. We did get lucky and snagged the last serving of the A5 Wagyu steak bowl, which was absolutely the highlight of the meal. I also ordered the negitoro ikura bowl with uni and snow crab, and both were really good, but the Wagyu bowl definitely stood out. Overall, I'd come back for that Wagyu bowl and hopefully next time I'll actually get to try the onigiri too!

Fortunately, the wait was only about 10 minutes, which was surprisingly quick. I ordered the soft-shell crab, baked green mussels, and BBQ ribs with steamed rice. My son ordered the yoshu ramen and fried rice. The food came out fairly quickly, but I noticed that the baked mussels never arrived. When I asked our waitress about it, she said the kitchen was backed up. However, after waiting more than 30 minutes and already finishing the rest of our meal, it felt like the order may have simply been forgotten. What disappointed me most was the lack of an apology. The waitress even asked if I still wanted the mussels at that point. I was ready to cancel the order, but Kyo stepped in and tried to make things right. Thanks to his efforts, the mussels arrived about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, when the mussels finally arrived, I was disappointed again. They were prepared very differently from the baked green mussels I'm used to getting at restaurants in Los Angeles. They were quite spicy, which wasn't mentioned, and the flavor just wasn't what I expected. After waiting more than 40 minutes for them, they definitely weren't worth the wait. Overall, the food was decent, and the restaurant was busy and energetic, but the service mishap and the disappointing mussels left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I do appreciate Kyo's effort to make things right, as he was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation.

I arrived a little early and they were already full up! The place is popular and with good reason. I added our part of 2 to the list and we waited maybe 10 minutes. So cute and authentic inside. Tables turned over fairly quickly. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They were there to guide and help us with menu choices and offer recommendations. I went with the pork katsu set that included soup, rice, piles of shredded cabbage, my main pork cutlet, and some pickles. The cabbage and soup is AYCE which was a nice offering though I didn't need it. I also got salmon poke with yuzu which was tart and so fresh. Recommended. My lunch date order Katsu Chicken Curry. The food is outstanding. Every bite elicited a "Mmm" from me as the soup broth was deep and savory. The pork was perfectly cooked, crispy outside, juicy and tender on the inside. I love the shredded cabbage. Their Katsu sauce is delicious and you get to grind your own sesame seeds which impart a crazy delicious, nutty texture. The Katsu Chicken Curry was also excellent. I would struggle next time to pick one over the other. There are plenty of places to find Katsu but none compare to Katsu Ya Ton Ton for perfecting this really tasty dish. Highly recommended!
