Wow! I've been here 3 times already and realized I haven't posted a review. My favorite matcha in the city so far! I have loved every drink I've tried. They also have a good variety of dairy free options for the matcha lattes. Also their biscuits are to die for. I would go there just for a biscuit honestly haha. Meaning their breakfast biscuit sandwiches are also very tasty. And the lunch hoagies are really good! The only downside to this place is how tight the interior is. But they have made the most of the small space and there's a decent amount of seating. Also Christina (the owner) works the front a lot and she is sooooo kind! Stopped in on a Sunday for a quick breakfast and I will definitely be back! I had their seasonal iced lavender ube matcha and my husband had the iced salted maple and both were so delicious. The flavors came through really well, but didn't overpower the matcha taste. We also ordered some biscuit sandwiches and loved them. Highly recommend the chimichurri sauce! There is limited seating, but turnover is fairly quick so it wasn't too hard to grab a spot. The staff is very nice and willing to offer any opinions and answer questions. Incredibly delightful new matcha cafe in Tremont. Their matcha tasted very smooth and they offer a variety of fun lattes that can make even a novice fall in love with the green goodness. I especially loved their biscuits, which are made in house daily. I got an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on sea salt bagel with fig jam. It was amazing! Popped in on a whim after seeing Enclave all over my Instagram feed. The space was cute and very clean, staff was very friendly. I ordered a blueberry matcha and a biscuit to take to work with me and goodness gracious they were amazing. I think they source the matcha right from Japan , love to see it! Visited on a Saturday early afternoon and it wasn't too hard to find street parking nearby. The place is small and was super packed, we could barely stand in the line inside, and seats were pretty much all taken. The prices are on the higher end, but nothing crazy for good matcha. The menu is fun and unique, lots of fun flavors to try. I got the iced blueberry matcha latte and was pleasantly surprised that the blueberry didn't cover the strong matcha flavor. MATCHA, MATCHA, and more MATCHA!! Enclave Café is a new cafe in Tremont that opened on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. I visited on opening day in the morning before work. FOOD/DRINKS -- I ordered the Iced Berry Matcha Latte ($7) and the berry I got was strawberry so I essentially had an iced strawberry matcha with oat milk. They can customize the milk for you from regular (dairy) to almond to oat. The matcha was not too sweet and it tasted like good quality matcha. I'm not sure if the matcha used was ceremonial grade or culinary matcha but given the dark green colour, I'm assuming they use ceremonial-grade matcha. I love matcha so the one here was just right. I also ordered a fresh homemade biscuit with Persimmon jam and salted butter ($5). The biscuit was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. It went well with the salted butter provided. I also chose the persimmon jam instead of the fig jam. Persimmon tastes like apricot so this fruit is a light and sweet option to go along with the biscuit. For only $5, the biscuit is a must have. You can get a plain biscuit or an everything seasoning biscuit (I believe that's what it is called). Other food options include breakfast sandwiches, matcha cookies, and salads. SERVICE -- I was greeted upon walked in by the owner and her husband. She was friendly and explained the menu to me. AMBIANCE -- Small and cozy. Cute decorations all over with books lined up along the back wall. NO WIFI -- There is no wifi so come here to read a book or catch up with a friend. HOURS -- Currently, they are open Wednesday - Saturday from 8am to 8pm, Sundays from 9am to 4pm and they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I was in town for a quick work trip and a fellow Yelper suggested I visit Enclave since I was staying fairly close by. I'm a matcha fan so when I looked at their menu, I was even more sold on the idea. Tremont is a lovely area of Cleveland so being able to drive through was an added bonus. I arrived to discover a vibrant, yet quaint, shop. The big windows let the sunshine pour in while the exposed brick and plants gave it a naturalesque feel to it. They had a few tables and a bar area facing outside. They have a cute bookshelf back towards the bathroom, which was nice and clean. The service was friendly, but a little slow. That said, I know they are pretty new and I could hear them discussing the improvements they could make as they worked. We love to hear that! As for my matcha, I went with an iced black sesame latte with oatmilk and it was heavenly. I could tell they use a higher quality matcha than other places and the black sesame flavor had a subtle nutty taste to it. I also ordered a biscuit sandwich with egg and cheese. While tasty, I do wish I added a sauce of some type to it. They do have some things you can add on, including some fun options like everything chili crispy and cilantro chimichurri. I am a huge matcha fan and it's sad we don't have a huge matcha scene here until now! So excited to have this store be all about matcha! They do the strawberry puree super well and it pairs perfectly with the drink. I also love that they serve matcha tea as is too to keep it authentic like how Japan is. They also have cute books about matcha by the window for reading pleasure. This is definitely a must get anytime I'll be in Tremont! read more

I was excited to try this new cafe in tremont but I feel like they fell a little short. Other reviews seem to have good things to say about the matcha so maybe I ordered wrong. I ordered a hojicha oat milk latte, which kind of just tasted like oat milk unfortunately. The matcha menu is pretty extensive though with many flavors to choose from This cafe is on the pricier side. But it's very cute inside and the staff is friendly. They have delicious and unique cocktails in addition to lovely matcha drinks and some food. My carrot ginger marg was fantastic! The hoagie was well dressed with turkey arugula jam and cheese. Very humid inside but you adjust quickly. read more

The biscuits are so fresh and flavorful. I loved both sandwiches - one with egg tomato avocado and chimichurri, the other with chilli crisp everything seasoning egg and ham. I'm matcha obsessed so I had to make a visit here as soon as I heard about it. It did not disappoint! I had the iced strawberry matcha with oat milk. It was perfect. I'm not certain, but I don't think any extra syrups or sugars were added, just the strawberry puree and whatever sweetness is in the oatmilk, so it wasn't a sugar bomb like many places make. Just a pleasant tasting matcha (exactly how I like it). Also ordered the Fancy Biscuit sandwich (egg, ham, fig jam, blue cheese, arugula) and it was so delicious! The biscuit was perfectly flaky but not oily and the fillings were unique. The inside of the cafe is bright and cute, but small. However, I was there on a busy weekend, and even though it was always packed, the table turnover was at a pace that no one was left standing. So it's probably exactly the right size. Cute cafe with minimal seating. Wait time was quick and the biscuits are worth it! They're stuffed to perfection and crunchy but not dry. Considering buying a bunch and passing them off as my own at family gatherings lol . The biscuits are a little high in price but this is a nice treat every now and then. The matcha was good , a great option for people who are starting out and aren't big fans of an earthy taste. Because I got it hot I couldn't really taste any flavors but the matcha.
