Each time they are consistently perfect! Chicken fajita Still moist!! Almost never find that - but it's perfectly cooked, light char and delicious flavor. Score: 10 of 10 Beef fajita Thick cut after the cook. This is important. They cook the whole steak medium rare with a great char. Not dried out at all because the steak is cut after resting - which retains the juices!! (Most places cut the meat immediately after the cook, throw it on an iron skillet and the juices are leaking out as your "smokey sizzle" presentation. These are perfect! Score: 10 of 10 Chicken Quesadillas Crispy, not greasy or soft (which I hate!). Perfect balance of cheese to meat. Moist chicken and a fact of mine. Food was great I ordered 2 chicken enchiladas green sauce rice and beans. It was delicious and filling. Wish it were a bit more hot temperature wise meal but I guess considering it was a carry out perhaps that could be why. My son ordered chicken enchiladas he enjoyed them and said they were filling. He's an athlete so needless to say he can eat!! But he enjoyed his meal as well. Service was prompt The lady at the bar was very nice, did not catch her name sorry but she was nice. she took our order she even gave us some coupons. Ambiance of restaurant was nice although we didn't sit inside to eat. We took our order to go. Overall willing to try this place again; first experience was a win to return again smile While our first visit was a take out we weren't exactly sure of the process. If only the female bartender ( I made it singular on purpose) showed the same attitude with female quests , as she does for the men. Stopped in at Enchiladas this morning for brunch/early lunch. What a treat! Haven't been in years because I don't live in the area anymore. The Sunday brunch buffet is amazing! I had no idea! The buffet has so much to offer. When I can get enchiladas at 10am I am very happy! Cheese, jalapeño sour cream, even potato enchiladas! All delicious! Mini tacos, mini chimis, fajitas, pozole and so much more. They also had breakfast favorites like bacon, potatoes and an omelette/pancake/waffle station where they'll make your goodies to order. No eggs sitting in a chafing dish here! Everything was delicious! I can't wait to go out of my way to go back and try the regular menu again. Came in on a Sunday afternoon cause I was craving some enchiladas. They were having their brunch buffet but I declined thinking I would rather have something else. To my suprise the brunch buffet selections looked amazing and I will definitely come back one Sunday so I can try it. Items available on the buffet were wings, ribs, waffles, and they even had an omolette station. I endup up getting a chimichanga instead of enchiladas and it was fantastic. Best bottomless brunch deal in Dallas!! The servers and cleaners were so attentive and polite. The special is only on sundays starting at 10am. Bottomless food is $28 per person and for bottomless mimosas it's an extra $5 to add it on. It's buffet style and they have both American and authentic Mexican options. The pozole, rice, and beef churi roll were my standouts but they have a pancake/waffle/omelette station with a separate cook that looked good. The inside was super clean and colorful! By far my favorite tex mex joint in Dallas. The food is always fresh and delicious. My favorite indulgent dish is their fajita beef chimichanga. It's the best in town by a long shot. Normally though, I order the grilled chile relleno with veggie and on this trip I found out about their new low carb menu. They modified a few of their normal menu items to exclude rice and beans. Even better they now have a low carb tortilla. I tried the messy burritos and they were amazing. The Cobb salad is always a hit. They put cilantro in it which can turn away some people. Service was great - Esteban seemed to appear whenever we needed something, so we will have to ask for him next time. It wasn't very busy, but it was a Monday evening. For us, it's one of the few Tex-Mex places open on Monday but that's not the only reason to visit. We loved all the food - we also get it delivered from time to time, but it's so much better having someone bringing more chips and drink refills! It's also better fresh from the kitchen. The staff, from the time we enter until we leave, is always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Most recently we attended the Sunday Buffet. To say the food is abundant is an understatement. I'm thinking that just about everything on the menu is represented. In addition there are made to order omelets, pancakes, and waffles. The buffet is in the main room near the bar. It is double sided with different items on each side. Included are chicken and beef fajitas, various enchiladas, tacos, rice, meatballs, wings, and mini burritos to name a very few. Really, so much food and a great variety. The end table included ceviche and desserts. Desserts included flan and key lime pie. The key lime pie was wonderful. I had two servings. Sadly we probably won't attend often the buffet since I'm on a very strict diet. So much temptation. But we will continue our lunch time dates. The specials are both reasonably priced and filling. This is an amazing business. The owner Tony really is a stand-up guy. He is a true community member and you can tell he cares about his staff at Enchiladas. He is very generous and is a great people person. I love enchiladas and I do not think I have eaten better enchiladas then from this establishment. I like their noon menu personally. I order the sour cream chicken enchiladas personally when I visit. The place is lively and the staff are friendly with everyone. You can tell people visit here on a frequent basis.
