My wife and I just got married on October 27, 2017 at the Bay Ridge Manor and we utilized the Enchanted Florist for all our floral arrangements from the grooms men, groom , and best man's boutonnière , the bride, bridesmaids, and mothers corsage, bouquets , to the church flowers, to all the table settings and floral arrangements at the hall. This florist exceeded all our expectations for our special day and all of the flowers were fresh and looked like they were all just picked off the stem. All our arrangements were full and beautiful with carnations, hydrangeas, baby breath , fresh roses, spider mums , and orchids. We would like to thank the owner Nestor who was fantastic and fulfilled all our requests and made our day spectacular. Not to mention all the deliveries were punctual and delivered exactly on time. This florist was well priced and well worth it for the money we paid. Our wedding hall looked so beautiful with all of the arrangements. Enchanted Florist is fantastic! I was looking for a florist for my wedding. I went to a place before finding Enchanted Florist that was listed in a bridal magazine. They were not very friendly or professional. When I found Enchanted Florist I was so thrilled. Nestor was so kind, spoke to me right away. He wanted to hear my likes and dislikes. He offered me suggestions. He was also willing to work with me on a price that was within my budget and still provide me with everything I had hoped for. He was only one of only two kind professionals I had the pleasure of working with for my special day. The flowers were beautiful and they were fresh and exactly what we had discussed. I I had a very disappointing experience with this flower shop. I was supposed to receive flowers for Mother's Day--a moment that should have brought joy--but instead, I was left feeling deeply frustrated and let down. The flowers never arrived. Instead, I received a last-minute text saying they were unable to deliver, with no prior notice or professional communication. I responded asking them not to attempt delivery the following day, yet they did it anyway. When I called to address the issue, a woman named Kim answered and immediately began yelling at me, saying, "We'll collect the payment no matter what," before I even had a chance to speak. She then hung up on me and refused to answer any follow-up calls--until I tried again from a different number. This level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. I never posted a review before but after my experience with enchanted florist I wanted everyone to know how amazing this florist is. I was just recently married and enchanted florist did all my floral arrangements for my engagement party, bridal shower and wedding. From day one I was greeted with a warm smile and being a bride to be can be stressful and tiring but when it came to the floral arrangements it always went smoothly. Enchanted Florist had many great ideas and made me feel at ease knowing that I didn't have to worry about the flowers. One thing all three events had in common was that everyone asked me who did my flowers ( I even had two aunts fight over the centerpiece, lol ). Nestor is an incredible florist. He did the flowers, decorations (netting on 3 staircases and two doorways), candles, etc. for our 2 day wedding event at our house. He was efficient, kind, funny, and a real gentleman. He even called a week before when he couldn't get some of the flowers I wanted b/c of NYC's unusually long and bitter winter--poor fellow was more stressed out about it than I was. What he came up with instead was far better than what I could have imagined. Our wedding guests were really impressed as well, with everything. The best is that he and his colleague came at a time when we were super stressed out--but he has such a gentle energy that I wasn't worried at all. I recommend him without a doubt. read more

I ordered floral arraignments over the phone as I live in New Jersey. I just have to say that the gentleman that help me was a BLESSING! He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease in my time of loss. All I can say is WOW!!! The arraignments that he did for me was so BEAUTIFUL above and beyond anything that I had expected. I took my chance on these guys based on ONE good review on Yelp. I live in San Francisco and I send my mom lots of flowers through out the years: birthday, mother's day, etc. I've gone through at least 3 florists..most were at best "acceptable". I sent flowers to my mom in the past couple of months via these guys and I have never heard BOTH of my parents rave so much about flowers.
