Enchanted Coffee is one of the newer additions to Brea Downtown. They sure are a hot business serving up cold and hot drinks. I am no coffee/tea connoisseur, but I've had enough to know that this place has fantastic coffee and tea. The inside of the coffee shop gives modern and hip vibes, offering seasonal drinks like pumpkin chai and smores latte. I opted for their regular menu and got the Duo Latte and Honey Oat Latte, both iced. Duo Latte was a mix of coffee and tea, so I got the best of both worlds. The Honey Oat Latte was like a rich oat latte. They also offer quick bites like bagels, sandwiches, and croissants! I got to try the lox bagel and almond croissant, and I gotta admit, they were terrific! The lox came with fresh vegetables and salmon, which was quite filling. The croissant was flaky and buttery. The baristas there were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Seating is available outdoors, with plenty of spots open. This coffee and tea shop really got me feeling enchanted! read more

Enchanted is located in downtown Brea. There's street parking as well as a few parking structures. The cafe is small with no indoor dining or restroom. There's covered seating areas directly outside. The cafe and customer service are both very welcoming. We ordered the duo, mocha latte, matcha pistachio croissant and chicken sandwiches. Our lattes were made fairly quickly. My boyfriend has visited a few times and his go to is the mocha which I thought was delish. My duo is a mix of milk tea and espresso. It was good, but not good enough to order again. I would definitely try their New London when it's warm outside as it is a cold only drink and their Spanish Latte. Our chicken sandwich, which is more like a panini, was also delish but wish it was paired with a side dish. The matcha pistachio croissant was very delish! Recently I went here at it wasn't really a good experience. I went here with a group of friends and one of the employees was rude to my friend about getting water. The coffee tasted not the best and it felt like I was drinking coffee water. Overall I won't come back here due to the service that I received and how my friends were treated. read more

Impromptu date night. My husband and I had dinner in downtown Brea. As we walked about, we entered Enchanted Coffee. I wanted a sticker or something with their name and logo to go along with a gift basket I'm putting together. It would've been perfect as it's an enchanted themed basket. Unfortunately, they do not have stickers or any type of merch. I was disappointed but decided to get a coffee since it was cold out. This was our first time at Enchanted. It's a small cute little place with excellent customer service. There's no seating inside but plenty outside and around the area. We were greeted and served by Echo who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the various coffees. It had been awhile since I drank coffee and wasn't sure what to order. After a brief breakdown of the options, my husband ordered a hot Americano black, it was smooth. I decided on the Spanish latte (hot), it did not disappoint. It was flavorful and not too sweet. Echo even gave us a presentation with his coffee art skills! Overall, Enchanted Coffee was a great experience with delicious coffee and superb customer service by Echo. We will definitely be back again! We didn't try the pastries but they looked delicious. I'll do an update next time we visit with a review of the pastries. I LOVE that the sweetness is adjustable because most cafes can't make creamy, not too sweet drinks. I got the London Fog and this really hit the spot. As someone else described, it kind of tastes like a lighter, less caffeinated, less sweet version of a Vietnamese coffee, which is perfect for the days you just need a little boost. First time visiting this charming cafe and it brought me so much joy with the cold New London that the barista recommended being their signature and fluffy and flaky pastry with lemon cream on top. The cold cream on top of the drink was a taste of a cloud. It wasn't heavy and blended so well with the New Orleans. For the pastry, I grabbed the last one without heating it and it was such a delight. Melted in my mouth that I didn't even breathe finishing it. For the road, I purchased two more pastries with chocolate and Nutella. The staff were very patient and helpful explaining their products and pretty quick on serving the drink and pastries. They have a station with napkins, sugar, stir sticks, cream, etc. so it's convenient to grab them on your way out the shop. Everything was neatly organized and displayed. Also, overall, the shop was spotless. There are several 20 minute street parking in front but if you are planning on staying longer or hang out around the plaza, I recommend parking your car inside the lot. They don't have any indoor seating but it is nice enjoying your drink and baked goods under the parasols of the outdoor seating while watching people pass by. read more

I have a high sensitivity to caffeine and yet I love coffee. Due to my caffeine sensitivity I am very particular about the coffee. Hands down they have the best roasted coffee. I do drink the Mocha as I have a sweet tooth. The reason for my three start is that this particular location has a very troublesome customer service issue. This location staff do not smile and generally appear not wanting to be there. Even though the coffee is great the staff delivers a negative ambience. Such a shame.Management must look at this store as to why this is happening. This is not the case at the La Miranda location. read more

4.5 stars Found out Enchanted was a chain and had no idea what to expect upon visiting. Came around 10am on Labor Day and there was a consistent line to the door (~10 minute wait to order). There were a few pastries on display though the signs were not in the correct placement. Ordered the Matcha Pistachio Croissant ($6.50). Almond Croissant ($6), Hot Vanilla Latte (~$5), New Orleans ($6), Spanish Latte ($6), and the Guatemala Cold Brew (~$6). Personally thought the Spanish Latte was a bit watery but I enjoyed the strong Vanilla Latte and the New Orleans the most! The croissants were as buttery or flakey as I'd hope - the almond paste wasn't prominent but the matcha was pretty decent. All staff were super friendly. Though there seemed to be a decent amount of people waiting for drinks, the barista's were very efficient and made the drinks fairly quick. Last weekend, Enchanted Coffee opened it second store... this one is located in Downtown Brea. I've been going to their first location in La Mirada since 2018 and they never failed everytime. Their very popular drink of all time is the New London (which is New Orleans with cold cream on top). And yes, I get that drink on a regular basis. It's so heavenly good. Seating area is all outdoor. Good for those who want some fresh air. Service here is amazing. Always very friendly and they all remember who we are. Super cute coffee shop on Birch that opened in August! Service was great and friendly - their most popular is a New Orleans style cold brew (similar to Blue bottle) and barista let me try a sample. It was good, but a bit too sweet for me! I opted for the s'mores latte and adjusted the vanilla to sugar free vanilla and no chocolate drizzle. It's so so good! Went here on a Sunday afternoon around 12pm, my friend and I got lucky with parking but you most likely will need to park and pay inside the garage. The cafe itself is pretty small, and it wasn't too busy when we went. The barista "E.B" was super sweet and let us try a sample of the New London before buying. So we went with that and it was delicious! If you like sweet drinks you'll love the New London, but the barista did say it's pretty caffeinated. My friend & I visited Enchanted Coffee for the first time today and we wanted to say that we were so impressed. The two staff members that were there, Elijah & Echo were so kind and helpful. Elijah took the time to explain the menu and made our delicious drinks. While we waited Echo offered us a sample of the new London Latte and it was delicious!
