Meaning I now have to submit more work orders and schedule more appointments to fix the cheap lousy "repairs" your team does. It's not worth the trouble. During my tenancy at a property they managed, I experienced a gas leak Modern Property lied about, two city mandated inspections that found dozens and dozens of health and safety violations that were then cited a second time because they were too slow to fix the issues, a pest infestation and a just general lack of care, effort or respect. Property management was rude to tenants, slow to respond to or solve issues and consistently violated tenancy laws including after I moved out when they kept my deposit beyond the legally required 21 day return.

And the faucet in the kitchen was also broken. The ac vent was literally black. The screen to the windows were ripped and the bedroom one was extremely huge never was replace, we drove passed and still seen it wasn't replaced. The bathroom shower had mold, the shower doors disgusting and it smelled like cigarettes. The entire apartment smelled like weed and cigarettes we constantly told them and they did nothing. Once we moved we our clothes still had that cigarette smell and we don't smoke at all. Also they said they painted, no they did not the bathroom walls were white but had yellow marks because it was so dirty. the rest of the house had patches that they covered with paint. Once we finally got our deposit they kept over 400 dollars for unnecessary things for example, because we didn't replace the ac filter when moving out. That is not in our contract, they were unprofessional, that unit needs a whole redo they handed the keys with it being disgusting and messed up and we returned it at a better condition yet they complaiNed. They did not care about our health and safety and robbed us from about 300 of that 400 dollars they took. Do not go to them!!!!

The owner is extremely sharp and knows her real estate and rental legal stuff extremely well. I have several properties managed by pro properties and the renting and contracting has been absolutely absolutely seamless. I can only guess at least one of the reviews, maybe more, have been posted out of revenge for personal problems between the reviewer and the business owner, unfairly. It has to be the only explanation because my experience is 100% opposite of negative. I personally recommend them here.
