It was super busy the few times we were there but staff was super helpful and they took my ornaments behind the register, packed them up and whisked me to register to quickly check me out when I was finished. I've been back a few times since and salespeople are always extremely helpful and nice, giving great advice on how to style something or suggesting items that I may have overlooked. Grounds are exceptionally beautiful and it's a great stop to make if you need a last minute gift.
