Oh, the horror!! There wasn't one in stock. I could wait until next Tuesday to have one delivered. No grilled chicken that night for me :( A very helpful, kind, and patient young man helped me and explained the whole order/delivery process. He even offered to check other stores for me. We were on the way to the back to place the order, when a lady said that they were getting one in on Tuesday, and it could be delivered Wednesday!!! Woohoo! Nice young man said that he guessed it was meant to be :) So I paid for the grill and the cover, and found some other stuff too. Today (Wednesday), I went outside and a fully assembled, unboxed, beautiful blue grill was in the driveway!!!! I was stunned. I was given free delivery, but I didn't expect it to arrive unboxed and assembled! What a bonus! And it was a great price for a Weber kettle grill. I have a Traeger smoker, but sometimes, you want to grill or sear things. I don't like gas grills. Giant pain, with the propane and a gauge, blah-blah. Anyway, I am delighted, and highly recommend this store. The employees are wonderful, and the store has EVERYTHING. This is a great hardware store. Worth the 23-minute drive.

It was super busy the few times we were there but staff was super helpful and they took my ornaments behind the register, packed them up and whisked me to register to quickly check me out when I was finished. I've been back a few times since and salespeople are always extremely helpful and nice, giving great advice on how to style something or suggesting items that I may have overlooked.
