The salesperson was a nowhere near the key copying machine for 20 minutes, when I asked a cashier how long they paged this guy. When he came around after another few minutes he raised his voice at me and said "I told you it would be a minute!" I said it's been 25 minutes! I stopped by to pick up air filters for my air conditioner, met an associate who read the specs and handed me two filters per my request. I returned home with the two filters that was indeed the wrong size. I went back to the store to exchange the size and they told me they don't do any exchanges or refunds. I'm not sure how the heck this hardware store thinks they can stay in business. The cashier basically said your purchased it you own it. I left the unopened filter and I recommend skipping this boneheads. East Hampton Hardware or Riverhead building are the better choice.
