We called for a quote and they said $150 per hour for 4 maids, and there was a 2 hour minimum. When they found out it was a vacant house, they said $175.00. Upon arrival, they told my husband, "Oh, you want us to clean the refrigerator and the stove... That's more money." In an empty house, of course we want you to clean the refrigerator and the stove! The windows, the blinds, the mirrors, the bathroom. They didn't even have to vacuum or clean the floor because our carpet cleaners were coming the next day. My husband said, we are paying you for 2 hours and there are four of you, let's see what we accomplish, and if we need more time, we can add it. They said they were finished in under two hours, but he had to talk them through everything they needed to clean. Upon arrival, there was no attention given to this job. There are fingerprints left on windows, dust left on vents, they couldn't put the refrigerator back together, and I went to open a drawer and it was sticky. And we are out $350! Find another service! This service is overpriced, underwhelming and has a bad attitude.

They have terrible reviews, but they CLEAN CLOTHES, not HOUSES!!! Now back to my review. We have been blessed with "Samantha" at New City Cleaning Services. If there is a more talented person in this line of work, we haven't met them. The lady is fantastic. What she does with Toilet Stains is pure Magic. I tried unsuccessfully for years to do what Samantha did in minutes. With all of the businesses in this line of work, it was pure LUCK that I discovered Jaston, the Customer Service Oriented owner of New City Cleaning Services, and Samantha. If you are in the market for a Housekeeper, I highly recommend New City Cleaning Services, and Samantha in particular. Enjoy!!!

Anthony helped me pick the right one for my house and after some haggling, he adjusted the pricing a bit so I could support local small businesses. The delivery, install, carry away and all the associated services were outstanding. Great place to buy. Next on my list from this spot is a 36 inch gas range to be installed in January. Highly recommended. Side note: The Bosch is worth the extra money. The one we picked has a decibel rating of 42. That is super quiet and just a tick above their quietest unit that is rated at ~36dbl. So far, we absolutely love this unit. I laughed at the app pairing, but I did it anyway and it's pretty cool. Tells you the water used, the kw used and other metrics. Pretty neat and it lets you set the time to start a load so we've been doing 2am start, so we wake to clean dry dishes. Leo the installer is top notch. Great super nice guy.

Diko did a great job of listening to what we were looking for and we immediately picked out the flooring. The price of his service was affordable. The estimate was higher than Home Depot but when we really compared the product, we felt Diko was giving us a higher quality product. In plus, we do prefer to support small businesses when we can. Diko was very flexible with our start date. We had to move the date a few times because the painters took much longer than expected.
