I had a simple question that was made difficult because she kept throwing technical words at me like I've been in this profession for years. I used to love going to this place every time I'd visit home. It started to become a tradition. I am very unlikely to return after that sass. Definitely don't want anyone coming close to me with a needle if they cannot control their emotions. A customer should feel you smiling through the phone or have a pleasant phone call at the very least-it can really help turn someone's day around

JD was awesome. Super professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows her craft. She did a great…read morejob on my two lobe piercings--clean, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. But what really stood out was how dialed in she is with her clients. My friend had originally booked a helix and even picked out her jewelry ahead of time--everything looked set. Before starting, JD had her point out exactly where she wanted the piercing and walked her through it using a wall diagram. Turns out my friend actually wanted an orbital conch, not a helix. If JD hadn't taken that extra step to verify, she would've ended up with the wrong piercing. That kind of attention to detail? Clutch. On top of that, she went the extra mile and showed us how to find Japan Professional Piercing Association-certified shops for when we're ready to downsize overseas. Just genuinely cares about doing things right and setting people up long-term. If you're looking for someone who's skilled, professional, and actually pays attention--JD's the one. Highly recommend. ~Max

He not only tattooed me but also my daughter, and the entire experience was truly next level. Grimm was extremely professional, creative, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to our ideas, helped refine the designs, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His attention to detail and artistic talent really show in the final work. One thing I really appreciated is how skilled he is at working with dark skin tones. It's great to find an artist who truly understands how to make designs stand out and look amazing on darker skin. That level of knowledge and care makes a huge difference. Both of our tattoos came out even better than we imagined. If you're looking for an artist who genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his craft, I highly recommend Grimm at Enchanted Dragon Tattoo.
