I even stayed in the chair an extra 30 minutes for massage. As I get up to leave- no one notice, so I stand at register to pay, again no movement. Another customer walks in asking for Aimee, I'm like I don't know what's going on, I've been sitting for 30 mins or so waiting for my toes to dry and for the older lady to return. So I walk to the back to FIND the older lady... as all of this is happening the younger lady is STILL SLEEP (WTH). The older lady comes out smiling saying "thank you""bye-bye". Again I assume my (lack of ) service was free. But, Ms. Sleepy FINALLY WAKES UP and ask me to pay $38! For what? I could have left 30 minutes ago and no one would have even noticed- she was sleep sleep! I went and got the older lady from the back... I feel like I was begging them to take the money for a service I did not receive. This was a mess and a waste of my hour! There was NO-ONE there- I now know why. My first and last time- I will never go back!
