I reached out via IG as the project I wanted was not listed on the site. I wanted customized pillow cases for my upcoming vacation. All in all, Andre responded to my inquiry the same day AND get this?!......... the total price was super affordable. I purchased 2 satin pillow cases via Amazon and provided Teez Cafe with the pillow cases for the customization. He pulled up my project on the screen to allow me to make any additional edits, etc. Talk about super accommodating. I paid $30 for 2 customized pillow cases and he accepts cards. One thing I will add is appointments are mandatory, no walk-ins! Especially since its a black-owned business and sort of hard to find. But it's totally worth it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it took him 3-4 days to finish my project AND once completed delivered it to me in a nice tote bag. I'm sure he has tons of other complicated orders to fulfill. The person who was helping him, though she also looked fairly small, said to pull his car around, and she would bring it out for him. Just in the 20 minutes that I was in there waiting in line I saw genuine customer service for the first time in a long time. People being very helpful and nice and I didn't even mind how long the wait was because you could see that they were really trying to make sure that everyone got everything that they needed before they were done with them.
