I needed to have important documents faxed the other day, three sheets of paper to be exact, and to my luck I saw this store and thought it would be perfect. Upon entering the store, I saw a woman in business attire walk out with a bunch of copies looking satisfied with her transaction.
I walked in at 1:01 PM exact, right after the woman walked out. I know the time because I looked at their clock on the wall near the entrance and my cell phone. I've asked the guy behind the counter making photo copies on the machine if they faxed. The guy answered me without hesitation "Of course we do but we are closed. We close at 1 PM." Till then I asked the guy if he can fax three sheets of paper for me, thinking to myself how long does it take to fax? till he answered me "We're closed, come back when we are opened."
I was shocked by how he wouldn't help me after a minute passed after their "closing time". I think if you're closed, you shouldn't have your door held opened, just a hunch. I wouldn't recommend going to this store for any of your business and I certainly will not be going back.
I wound up going to the 99cent store, directly across the street from this, in which they were more than happy to help me fax. read more
