They told me I needed to put down 20% to qualify for the $30K deal, so I put down $17,000. Despite that, I didn't get the price I was promised. Less than a month later, the check engine light came on, and I ended up stranded on the side of the road. When I called the dealership, they claimed the vehicle had been fully inspected by a BMW dealership and that everything was up to date and in good condition. That was clearly not true. The car had visible scratches and scuff marks, likely from a hard brush. I had to pay out of pocket to have it detailed. They also promised to reimburse me for a crack in the windshield, and while the dealer initially asked me to send a photo of the receipt--I never got the refund. He completely stopped responding after that. On top of all this, they lied about the price listed online and immediately tried to upsell me the moment I stepped into the dealership. I even spoke with the manager, hoping to find a solution, and he wanted no part of it. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't return. The fake smiles and empty promises were the final insult. I will never work with Mike or this dealership again. What a disgrace.

And with buying cars there is always room for negotiation, generally if the price can be lowered than they wouldnt just let you walk away. The price they listed online was the actually sticker price. So being that said I negotiated until there was no room. I thought the guy that helped me TK was patient. Provided me with carfax, the terms, and took care of what needed to be done. I brought my brother and my own mechanic to check out the car, everything was good. I thought about it for a few days and ended up buying the car. I had the car for 3 months and everything is great!
