I was skeptical on the reviews, but I thought what it couldn't hurt. When I first got there seemed okay since they had customers out. I went shopping around Major World, some places on Queens Blvd, and a few others in Jamaica but it just a bad experiance.But after looking online for a few weeks it seem like ALL the quotes dealerships listed on there website was actually different from how much the car actually was in person. High Speed Motors have a good selection of cars. It's a family business so just go in knowing your budget and how much you can actually afford a month. And with buying cars there is always room for negotiation, generally if the price can be lowered than they wouldnt just let you walk away. The price they listed online was the actually sticker price. So being that said I negotiated until there was no room. I thought the guy that helped me TK was patient. Provided me with carfax, the terms, and took care of what needed to be done. I brought my brother and my own mechanic to check out the car, everything was good. I thought about it for a few days and ended up buying the car. I had the car for 3 months and everything is great! **Beware*** Car purchased look nice but when I had a mechanic look at it, the Chassis in the car was bent really bad, Alternator was bad, airbag module didn't work.. When I called TJ the supervisor he said there was nothing he could do about it and that we probably did it. The crazy thing is before he pretty much told me he's not doing shit for me I referred 2 clients to him because I thought he was a honest man. I ended up stopping by this dealership 3 months ago to get my car, saw this beauty and decided I must have it, TK the sales person there who happens to be the son of the owner assisted me with this sale, he stated that the dealership has been around for over 60 years and that there customer service oriented however that was the opposite of what I experienced. first off the car was listed for 15k but actually value was 11k and NEVER HE BUDGED ON THE PRICE. of course me being at a dealership I expected to pay a little bit extra of a premium price for the peace of mind that comes with buying a car BUT THERE WAS NO PEACE IN MY MIND LOL ONLY EXPENSES LOL. There were several things missing in the car INCLUDING SPAIR TIRE!, TK told me that the car had RUN FLATS and that it doesn't need a spare, however after driving it for a month and having a flat tier I took it to the tire shop down the street from there dealership called marvis discount tires and the technicians there stated that the car NEVER HAD RUNFLAT TIRES to being with, I spent over $1,000 extra replacing all my tires brand new and I Called the dealership to let him know that he lied to me about the tires and that they were never run flats all I asked was for him to at-least give me a spare since the car was suppose to come with that, He stated that its been A month and that there was nothing he could do, this was not the kind of service I was expecting I am going to be completely honest and say that I did make some mistakes with my purchase for one I was so excited about getting this car that I failed to inspect several details that were cosmetically wrong with the car which I could have reduced the price of the car down by 1k-2k, I should have checked for the spare and bought that to his attention before finalizing the sale, he know the car was worth 11k and sold it to me for 15k got his money and ran me the customer got left with all the expenses to pay I did make some mistakes I should have done before buying the car but at-least my review is up there to help someone not repeat the same mistakes I made Thanks :) read more

I have to say, the experience at High Speed Motors with Junior and TK was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had, something I never expected looking at a dealer in Queens as past experiences in this region have been, lets just say, lacking. Past experiences in Queens have been with dealers trying to sell These guys KNOW and LOVE cars. As a gear head at heart, I appreciate a salesperson who's genuinely enthusiastic about cars, brands, models, strengths, and the honest weaknesses. Instead of asking the typical "how soon, how are you paying....etc" type sales questions, we spent our test-drive talking about different brands, models, and even the weaknesses of the car we were actually driving! That's an honest salesperson who loves the products they sell. The car I went to see was exactly as they described it. No surprises. And when it came time to talk about price, they gave me their best number, which was exactly what I would have tried to negotiate anyway. So much simpler when they just give you an upfront fair price and skip all the negotiating drama. The rest of the transaction was effortless, they were a USAA preferred vender, so the financial transaction only took about 48 hours and we were done. The car was ready for us when we said we would arrive, it was washed and looking spiffy despite it being 20 degrees that day, and they let us just sit there for a few minutes and just fool around learning the central computer functions and asking questions. Google "High Speed Motors" and you'll see the onslaught of negative experiences, lawsuits, and disasters due to this dealerships dishonest practices. They sold me a truck with a fake carfax. The truck had been in multiple accidents and has had mechanical issues beyond belief. TK was the salesman. They have a no return policy and if you have any issues with the vehicle good luck getting them to return calls. Be careful of the $995 dollar dealer fee that they tack on right before you sign the papers. Also, they will double charge for inspections and overcharge registrations. Went there last week and was interested in a 2016 Maxima. We asked for the car fax, but "Junior" the sales person said that he didn't have access to it because he doesn't have the password. So, we called again later in the week and after some stalling, they sent us the "car fax". Only thing is when we checked it against the real car fax, their information was completely altered. They actually cut and pasted the vin number, make and model of the car we were interested in and pasted it onto another vehicles car fax. I called them and let them know what they are doing. I Amin the process of contacting theAttorney General, the District Attorneys Office and Department of Consumer Affairs. Absolutely disgusting place. Would not recommend this place to any body, at least not do any bisness with Bill (the so called dealer). At first he seemed nice and was very attentive to what we wanted. On our first visit We said we wanted to finance the car and also wanted my name to be first on the financing and my boyfriend's second (co-signer), he said fine, no problem, as soon as my boyfriend said "I'd like to talk numbers" (meaning the price of the car) he said "of course, the financing guy will break everything down for you, don't worry." So We gave him our info to do the finance. On our second visit we were under the impression that we were going to meet with him and some other guy to "talk numbers" turns out they had financing terms ready for us to sign contracts and such without even discussing prices, not only that they had put my boyfriends name 1st and mine second, the guy that was doing the financing for us had told bill that he couldn't switch the names bc the rate would be a little higher (which we were fine with) The following day, my boyfriend calls bill and explained to him, yet again, that the names needed to be switched, Bill then calls my boyfriend saying how everything is ready and he could drive home with the car that same night. As soon as we get there, the names weren't switched which aggravated us bc we specifically asked for that. even the financing guy was mad that he waited for us for no reason when he could have been home with his family.bc We find out that the financing guy had told bill he couldn't switch our names. Bill didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know that the names couldn't be switched so we just wasted our time and gas (Mind you, this place is in damn near queens and we live about 30-40 mins away) As soon as we leave the place, my boyfriend calls the dealer, bill got loud and practically called my boyfriend a liar saying we never said we wanted our names in an specific order, and how "we never get what we want" ......yet he claims he "writes" everything down. I will start listing what happend exactly from the beginning: I visit their website and I found the Car I liked which was Cadillac DTS 2007, immediately, i contacted this guy his name is Bill, he said it's a clean car and has no mechanical issues, as well as clean history based on CarFax. he said a lot of people is trying to get this car so You have to pay depost. I payed 500 dollar as deposet and I came from boston to NY to get the car, He convenced me to pay Cash, when i arrived, we went together to the bank to withdraw the money. I told him lets try the car first together, he was like no need for this, believe me it's a clean car. I trusted him! i gave him the money, as soon as i took the car (after 30 minutes driving) I was in the high way and suddenly the car stopped working and I was about to do a car accident. I parked. and I called him immediately, he said Take the car to the nearesst car-care. I stayed on the street for 3 hours until the truck came to get the car, the mechanic examined the car, he said the car has a lot of issues and will take 5 days to be fixed and will cost 1400 dollar ( I have reports from the mechanic in details) I called Bill, he was nervous and didn't know what to do, he kept saying his boss is outside the country and didn't know what to do. I asked for his number he refused. Next day, I took the car ( of cource, by a truck because the car was broken) back to the Dealer, I payed hotel stay, mechanic and truck expenses. He was shocked when he saw me, I asked him to bring my money back, he said he will fix the car and won't give me back the money. It's been 4 days so far, i haven't got the car until now, I'm so frustrated, i don't no what to Do with this Dealer!!!!!!! read more

Horrible place to purchase I purchased a car even pay the guy to deliver it to me two hours later the car shut completely off on me and I had to get a flatbed to come till the car long story short something broke inside of the engine then the dealer had the car for a month did something maybe replace the engine everything was working fine five months later the car caught on fire and the insurance company said that it was due to faulty headlight wiring.
