Conveniently our storage unit "and 5 others" were burglarized and they didn't call or attempt to reach us at all. They said they tried which was a lie. They said they didn't know what day it was burglarized. Just some time last month and that they had zero video footage of who it was. Strange because you need a personalized code to get In and out ??? They also said they burglars didn't take everything but that the remaining stuff was just tossed. Do not use them!
