I had wet sub-floor in my mobilehome from years of gradual leakage. ESR removed contaminated material, dried the area and applied antimicrobial to hard surfaces (encapsulated affected area). Service was prompt. I requested service on a Sunday and technician, Corey, was here on Monday as scheduled. Service required two visits. In each case, Corey kept me informed of timing of his arrival. He was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about his job. All done at a reasonable price. I would use this company again in a heartbeat! Thank you. read more

We had a small leak under our kitchen that was stinking the place up, and a plumber told us we needed it remediated before he could work on it. The guy that came out from Emergency Restoration Services gave us a quote and told us we caught it early enough that we didn't need it done. He confirmed we had no mold, mildew, or rot. He advised us to run a fan during the day for several days to dry it out. That speaks volumes about their integrity, a majority of businesses will gladly take your money. Emergency Restoration Services is now in my contacts list and will be the first I call when we need someone. Thanks a ton, guys! We stopped using the sink and ran the fan, went with a different plumber who started the job three days later, and they confirmed it was already drying up. read more

Contacted Emergency Services Restoration service and they promptly sent out a tech to assess the needs we had for water and waste removal from under our house. An estimate was given that was acceptable and they scheduled work the next day. They were prompt, professional and well experienced in their field. They completed the service and scheduled a follow up after plumbers were completed with their repairs. Very happy with their service and highly recommend. Water damage to floor due to plumbing. They showed up quickly. But, required me to pay the "estimate" immediately. It was &12,998. I paid on credit card so the work could begin immediately. The 1100 sq ft unit was completely wet under synthetic laminate flooring and flooring material had to be removed. The cost, after the work was over $7/sq ft to remove. It took less than e hours. The cost to replace flooring, including labor was $2,500. My insurance co covered only $4/ sq ft to remove flooring which was more than normal. They told me this company was a rip off and took advantage of the situation. In conclusion I had to pay almost $6,000 additional to ESR because they refused to adjust the unreasonable fee. I was forced to pay the full $13,000 under duress because of the urgency---they processed my card for the full amount. I would NOT recommend doing business with them. I've worked with other restoration services in other cities and never one as dishonest as this. read more

They came right over when we realized the mold in our rental serious. Talked to the manager immediately to relay the seriousness of the issue and came back right away with air scrubbers and fans. Gave a fair estimate and got to work on what turned out to be a major remediation job of mold and sewage. Hard workers who didn't waste any time. I recommend them. read more

Back in April of this year we had esr come and find our leaks. The found the first but couldn't find the second. Fast forward a few weeks and we found our second leak coming from the shower we asked for it to be demolished to see the damage the water had caused under the shower pan. The retaining wall was exposed and found the leak going through the wall. Instead they just left as is and tried to dry as is with the blower not do anything but running up the cost. I was told that we were not going to be charged for the whole shower removal as the didn't remove all of it just to pieces. So a week later still high moisture reading. I suggested funneling the air in there seeing they couldn't figure it themselves. After all done they are still charging us for a full shower removal of over 1500 and an extra 200 for a shower pan that was never removed as well as dumping fees. Not the most honest of businesses. read more

These guys were great at first but I have a few problems. 1, they refer you to a pack out company that has Predatory Business Practices (NorCal Home Designs). Do not be fooled by a company like this unless you have EXTENSIVE damage and the services are worth it. 500 bucks for bubble wrap that was never even used! Anyways, Luke was great and came and cleaned up and was super helpful. He also referred me to a company to do the demo work who was also great (A1 Construction) but then when it came to repairing....nothing. I got one call to set up an estimate appointment then no call, no show and no call back after I called and even texted a few times to find out what happened. Kinda lame guys. read more

This company is awesome! Great customer service! Came out the same day they were recommended to us by a plumber to clean up sludge under the house created when a pipe burst. Worked with us to make sure there was very little disruption to family life! I highly recommend this company! read more

Tenant died mid December 2019 in a unit in Auburn, CA and wasn't discovered for 3 weeks. Body was found next to refrigerator and water heater. I requested a through cleaning from floor to ceiling in mid February 2020. Floor was vinyl tile and technicians used a injection rug shampooer on it. It appeared that they didn't clean the bedroom floor as debris was still there after they left. Counter tops in kitchen were still dirty. Dead blow flies were on window sill, maggots and blow flies were found under refrigerator and water heater as well as dried up body fluids. Human tissue was found on door frame and water heater, next to where the body was found. The walls and ceiling as well as cabinets were not touched. I had to hire other people to do the work that Emergency Services was suppose to do and they were able to clean the unit with normal cleaner and elbow grease. I refused to pay them for the extremely poor job and they threatened to refer my account to collections. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE A RIP OFF. read more

This company is outstanding! Our technician, Hieu, was fantastic! Our major plumbing issue (100 gallons of grey water leaking in crawl space) was treated and removed in 1 hour. We called (800) 540-5532 and spoke to Josh at 9:00 am. A 24 Hour Emergency Services Restoration Truck pulled up to our house just hours later. Hieu was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, immediately got to work and vacuumed out all the water. Our plumber came soon afterwards to fix the leak. A top notch job from a fantastic company helped us out immensely! All done Friday, the day after Thanksgiving!! We highly recommend 24 Hour Emergency Services Restoration. read more
