The guy that came out from Emergency Restoration Services gave us a quote and told us we caught it early enough that we didn't need it done. He confirmed we had no mold, mildew, or rot. He advised us to run a fan during the day for several days to dry it out. That speaks volumes about their integrity, a majority of businesses will gladly take your money. Emergency Restoration Services is now in my contacts list and will be the first I call when we need someone. Thanks a ton, guys! We stopped using the sink and ran the fan, went with a different plumber who started the job three days later, and they confirmed it was already drying up.

From the moment I was connected with ERC, I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz as my project manager. I truly feel fortunate to have had him assigned to my case. Jose was outstanding--he kept me informed with regular updates, often on a daily basis, and always took the time to explain my options thoroughly. He made sure to answer all my questions with clarity and patience, which made the entire process much less stressful. Once the repair work began, another exceptional team member, Jorge, took over many of the hands-on tasks. Jorge handled several smaller but important repairs with great attention to detail. His work ethic and professionalism stood out--he consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every step of the process. Overall, I highly recommend Emergency Restoration and Cleaning. Both Jose and Jorge were exceptional to work with and are true assets to the company. ERC is fortunate to have such dedicated and skilled professionals on their team. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

But did a horrible job installing the sink in my bathroom. The sick arrived broken. They said they would replace it but bright the same one back and installed it broken. It was installed not flush to the floor either. So there was a huge gap and stuff got stuck under it. They restored some patchwork, as a kind gesture but it looked worse than before, I wish they would have never roughed it. When we finally got our things from storage, things were missing, things that were brand new in boxes taken out of the new box and placed in one of their boxes, lot of brand new items came back broken. We didn't call to complain about anything else but the missing stuff. Between my husband and I, we called an upward of 20 times, sent emails and text and no one would return our calls, emails, or text. It's sad because they were really kind but this is horrible business. Please take your business elsewhere if your insurance company refers you to them.

It is difficult to find such a professional person in this field. I know a little about remediation since I have been through it several times and Simon is my go to for all future issues (hoping I don't have any future issues to be honest). James is awesome to work with and I highly recommend him especially if you are sensitive to mold like I am. He is very knowledgeable in this field and this is a rare skillset to find. Tony has also been professional, knowledgable and supportive when we had issues in our home. Look no further. If you have issues with water damage you have found the right company. I called numerous companies only to be flaked at the last minute or given endless excuses. One company even charged my credit card before getting to the job site and then bailed at the last minute. I was super frustrated until I called Banconn Enterprise... The team was at the property within hours and secured the house (it was 9 PM when I called). The house has a brick facade, so this wasn't an easy task to accomplish. The plywood they installed would be able to withstand an F5 tornado! They didn't just screw or nail the plywood to the brick, they actually BUILT a skeleton inside the window, then secured the board. Incredible construction, solid work, honest, very dependable workers! HIGHLY recommend!!! After reviewing my photos, he called back, gave me tips on things I could immediately and made an appointment for the next day to review the water damage and mold concerns. When Jim came the next day, after a full assessment, he gave us tips on how to remediate the situation ourselves, but after consideration, we decided to have Jim do the work. Although our job was relatively small (a toilet seal failed on a slab foundation on the first floor), Jim was meticulous about setting up a containment, doing a full remediation and final clearance test. If I ever needed additional work on my home after water leak or intrusion, I would only call on Jim to review and remediate.

I used Yelp's feature to request a quote from a handful of businesses for a fireplace/chimney inspection and ACD was super quick to respond. They had a fair price and when I was ready to schedule with them, they booked me for the next day! I was so happy about this because other businesses I was considering were booking a month out. They gave me a 12pm-3pm window and the tech arrived a little after 12 so it was nice nit having to wait so long. He was very nice and explained everything as he was inspecting and allowed me to ask any questions. Turns out my fireplace is in great shape, was rarely used by the previous owner, and is easy to clean myself. So rather than pushing me to have him clean it, he simply charged the inspection fee. This alone has earned my respect and trust because he was being honest and not just trying to upsell. It was a quick and pleasant appointment and I will definitely hire them again :)
