Super friendly, capable, honest guy. Checked out our codes, told us if we take it easy we'll be fine, and to get it fixed when we can. Gave us a very reasonable quote if we wanted him to do the work when we came back through town. Cleared our them and sent us on our way in 30min. I've used this company many times in the past and never had a complaint. I've always had Kelly tow…read moremy vehicles. I've never specifically requested him, but he's who always shows up. This morning my biggest complaint is the dispatcher. He only gets 1 star, given he fell asleep after I called, so Kelly didn't get the call until over an hour later. So annoying. I'm so glad I had someone to wait with me, as it's a little creepy being in Springfield on my own at 2am. Other than that little snaffu, I love this company. Like I said, I've used them many times and never had a bad experience. They aren't expensive. They charge a flat fee of $75 for anywhere in Eugene or Springfield. Some companies charge a fee just to show up and then X amount per mile after that. So you can easily pay like $200 just for a few miles, and you wait forever. Kelly is a fantastic driver. He's been with the company for many years, he's very talkative, but it's fun. Having to have a car be towed is one of the most annoying things on the planet, but he makes it comfortable. Like you're talking to a good friend. I have no complaints about him at all. I've used this company many times over the years, and will continue to do so. Come to find out, after an hour on the phone, Good Sam doesn't cover that area, AAA doesn't cover RV's, and several towing services also don't cover that area or don't service RV's. So we decided to try to drive to the next town 23 miles away and hope we could find a garage in the morning. 10 miles or so down the road was a big truck stop, so we pulled off, and as we drive up to it see Economy Towing. We pulled into their lot, called the # on the sign for after hours help, and within 10 minutes, two people were there to take care of us. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the exact replacement tire in stock! They had us taken care of and on our way in less than an hour! Definitely call Economy if you need roadside assistance in this area of Oregon! They are the bomb!!!
